Great lunch! Our server was friendly, helpful, and on top of things. The food was excellent; both looked and tasted fantastic. Price was ok, 34 bucks for two people is a little steep, but portions were pretty fair.

The Service was great. Restaurant was clean but the food was cold when it got to our table. Was bummed out. Ordered the philly cheesesteak sandwich and waffle fries. Ordered some pizza rolls as an appetizer and they were cold in the middle. It all tasted delicious just expected it to be warmer than it was.

Probably one of the worst expereices at a resturant...Food was burnt, was missing ingredients that was in their litteral name (a few examples: bacon cheeseburger with no bacon, or strawberry pancakes without strawberrys, or philly cheese steaks missing cheese*)Also the food was way too expensive for it to be in this conditionWaiter also only refilled one persons water at my table, and everyone else got ignored...Overall a horrid experence, i do not recommend eating here...

Whether it was just our waitress or Big Boy normal practices please try to improve. Just because patrons still come doesn't mean they are satisfied, it means that their habits and loyalty to local businesses are stronger than your service back to them/us.Let's forget price for a moment shall we. Restaurant uniqueness is one thing, but, and this but is about the bottom line. We ordered country fried steak breakfast and was unsatisfied with the small dallop of gravy on top. Usually the waitress would help rectify this, nope, just said thats how much they put on it and we would have to order more for a price. I asked for it but it never came. We did not even see her again the whole visit until paying at the till. Also Because she never came around again I had to go to the counter to get things that should have been provided like butter for the toast and pancakes not to mention the deliberate shortage of condiments....just barely enough and it just seems like they needed every penny to be accountable. This Big Boy left us with a feeling of ingratitude and need.I would normally give names of great people and service but in case this was an isolated incident I'll give some faith. Anyone can make good food not everyone can provide good service.COME BACK TO US BIG BOY!

Was soooo disappointed. Good was not good and small portions, it looked so unappetizing when it came out, my 2 kids n I were tryin something new and never ate at the big boy in Midland. Way expensive for what you get!! We didn't get very good service, was waiting on a fork and straws for over 20 minutes. I feel like it was cuz it was just me and my kids. Waitress just stayed away didn't check on us at all.
I live right behind the Big Boy in Midland. I was waiting for my ride to work in the snow storm, so I went in and asked if I could wait in there. Was gonna order coffee but I failed to say that. The Manager there told me I had to stand in the lobby and couldn't sit at a table. The place was dead. Had maybe six or seven people in it. So I immediately left and walked to the Bigby down the road and ordered my coffee there and waited.
