This location can never seem to get my coffee right. It is once every 10 visits my coffee will actually taste like coffee and not bitter and flavorless water. I swear they aren't even using flavoring at all most of the time. Workers need to be trained on consistency as there are some that seem good and many others that do not. Food is never an issue here, but after this last visit being the worst tasting coffee I've had, I will stick to my other locations I typically go to.

My favorite BIGGBY in midland for the frozen honey cinnamon vanilla! Today was extra sweet, I was having a rough morning / start to my day and they could tell and were extra kind and showed so much love im thankful for people like you!
