Went into Boomerang Coffee yesterday while visiting in Midland. I absolutely loved my experience with them. Savannah recommended the snickerdoodle which was AMAZING! They were very accommodating. 10/10 I would absolutely visit them again!

One of my favorite local coffee shops here, lots of flavor variety as well as interesting foods and snacks, I'm never bored here. It's also only the 2nd other place that I can do my favorite regular order cold brew since im so picky from being a barista myself :P The baristas here are so awesome and sweet, there is regularly one, a woman who normally wears a ponytail and glasses and pins near her nametag that always does an amazing job with my drinks <3

The saddest avocado toast I’ve ever had. I asked for more toppings because I could see through the avocado spread and there was one shake of everything bagel seasoning. They said, “this is how it comes, one slice of tomato cut in half, avocado, and everything bagel seasoning.”
Edit: The owner Maegan was so lovely and followed up promptly to address the issue after seeing my review. She went above and beyond to express that the order I received wasn’t up to their usual standard and offered a refund and my next order free. I will definitely be coming back to give boomerang another try—it’s a favorite spot of my sister’s. Thank you, Maegan!

Boomerang is our favorite coffee lounge in Midland! The service is great and is very kind. The food is fantastic and is my favorite coffee around. Love the classic flat white or classic iced late. The environment is small, but cozy.
Dietary restrictions: They have options when it comes to different ingredients to make coffees that they can work around most dietary restrictions.
Parking: Small parking lot, usually not on issue to get parking, but if they get a good crowd rush, it could be problematic for a short time. There are roughly 6 spots in their parking lot then a handful more in the circular road in front of the other businesses.
Wheelchair accessibility: The building doesn't have any steps5or major bumps to get into the building. The doors are not motorized, handicap doors though.

The service is lacking in here. My fiancé was a waiting for her order recently and a coffee was dropped. Splattering all over my lady. No attempt of an apology was made - but the guy who dropped his coffee got another one made straight away.
Better service is needed here please.

They went so far they made us special signature drinks for his birthday party. Cotton candy was definitely a favorite.
