Brinstar Arcade Bar and Grill

I have had dinner at Brinstar several times and the food was great and staff were very friendly! Evan, our bartender/server, was super accommodating and we appreciated his great service! Keep it up Brinstar!

We went to brinstar for the first time ever today, and boy did we make a mistake … at not coming here before today.

We ordered drinks, had a nice appetizer of eggrolls, and had great burgers.

The place was clean, fun, and had a great theme. The service was impeccable.

A new favorite place in midland for sure.

This place seems to have pretty consistently good burgers. I think they do a special mix of beef in their burger meat. The cook also seems to hit the mark for doneness as well. They have many different unique burgers and sauces. We have tried several, and they all were good. Some of the service can be a little slow at times, and you are surrounded by pinball and old arcade games so the noise levels could be higher for some.

Even though they say fries are the special, they were bland.and unseasoned. There was no salt on them. And the sandwich i ordered that was supposed to be hot. was cold. And the chicken tenderloins were bland as well. and the price was kind of high. overall, very disappointed.

Great vibes and atmosphere. We took the kids there and enjoyed showing them the arcade games/pinball. Food was decent, my wife liked her Gyro, my burger was okay but needed seasoning. Kimchi was tasty, as were Wontons. Kids meals were decent as well for the price.

This is a review of the fries only; Sorry, I have to say a huge no to your "fresh cut Fries". If they truly were fresh cut it must have been months ago. It's physically impossible to cut fries from a fresh potato and have the inside of the fry completely hollow. Yes, you read that correctly, HOLLOW. If this order started out as a pound it now weighs 8 oz. Partly why I came here was for fresh cut fries. The ones like from the fair or a food truck that has the slicer right there moments before frying. Those fries. That's what your menu implies by fresh cut. I was greatly disappointed and frankly felt lied to. Then I let the staff know my disappointment but they just doubled down on the "fresh cut" defending hollow as a perfect fresh cut fry. I challenge anyone reading this and the staff at Brinster to fresh cut a potato and cook it to where you have a shell of a fry left. Fresh potato does not do that. Period.

Best bar in midland. Has lots of great cocktails, cheap beer, and the best maintained pinball machines in the city. I come here multiple times a week for the fun games and the happy hour and it’s always a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This bar is so close to home, easily accessible and staffed by the nicest people! I come here all the time and I can’t think of a better pinball spot in midland! Food was amazing and we even got free games from Pinball Joe! Absolute 10/10 recommendation for anyone in the midland area
