Our waitress left us many times without checking on us to see if our food was good also we were missing some of our food and some of it was freezing cold

Had cheese curds delivered tonight. They are so stuck together that some are doughy and then some are burnt. Wish I could post a picture

Many long time employees that are friendly and give great service. Sitting in the bar area I feel like I'm at a local bar where the people know you and each other. Never had any problem with the food either. Great burgers.

Not super impressed with the service my husband and I received today. Food was very slow coming out even though it wasn't busy and people who were seated after us got their food before ours, we only ordered wings and fries. Also the lady was more interested in talking with her coworkers and didn't even ask us how everything was and was super pushy/rushed us with our order. We love coming here so we are super disappointed with the service. Wings were hott but fries were stale.
Had about 6 waitresses look and walk right past me as I stood with 3 other for about 10 minutes waiting to be handed my take out order that I could see on the shelf. It was paid and literally just had to be handed to me but they didn’t seem concerned at all finally got the attention of someone and she threw my food on the counter then walked away from the other 2 people waiting for their order. Some of the worst service I’ve ever had

Need Money cost a lot for boneless wings drink and Deep fried pickles they cost only 4.00 dollars during happy hour but otherwise lot more

Apparently a reservation means nothing… called and made a reservation and was told that my name is not on the list because I have to make a reservation online. And then they said even if I had a reservation it would be a two hour waitlist.

Me and the wife had dinner here, and wow.... Terrible. The wings were small, and had zero flavor. No season on the chicken besides the sauce it was tossed in. Tasted freezer burned as well. She had a buffalo chicken wrap that had zero flavor, and just a little bit of sauce on the bottom of the wrap. The server was awesome, and didn't fault him for the flavorless meal.
