Also, ketchup packets not covered in sticky gunk would be an improvement.

Hopefully the owner understands that its illegal to continue to advertise certain foods or drinks, and then not sell them at all, and ontop of that refuse to give refunds and instead try to offer something else or tell you youre out of luck.

Ordered 2 hamburgers only ketchup got them plain. Was suppose to get marina sauce for cheese fries got yukky ranch. It was terrible.

If I could leave no stars I would. This particular Burger King is horrible, cold fries, sloppy Burger & the manager is written. Sure they remade my fries, but then the Burger was cold. I'll travel farther next time I want a burger & fries. Plus, I drive past this place daily & I see why they're never busy.
I used the coupon for eight chicken nuggets and a large fry and they gave me chicken fingers and a large fry. All my stuff was dumped out my bag and the food was cold.
