Left sitting at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes, never did get to order my food. Tried to drive around through the drive-thru and stuck between four people still waiting for their food.

Went through the drive through. Ordered two burgers and a large fry. Took almost twenty minutes to get our food “because the bun warmer was broken”. Both burger Pattie’s were cold when we got them, the fries we got were half cold and half stale. The only thing that was semi warm were the cheese tots. Had to also go inside because they forgot a part of the order and half the staff inside were just standing around talking while there were still 3 cars in drive through waiting on food.

I would rather give Burger King my money before McDonald's! They do not use fillers or preservatives. Also, they get my order correct, and its always hot and delicious. I've never been unsatisfied.
Vegetarian options: The staff is nice and the restaurant is kept clean.
Dietary restrictions: The impossible burger shows their honest attempt to offer a healthier choice, as well as giving vegans an option.
Kid-friendliness: Super friendly to the kids. They smile and offer crowns. ☺️ The kids liked it when they say, "you rule". I giggle at the cheesiness.

This Burger King is always fast and efficient to get my food out to me. Other BK’s I always seem to get rude workers, cold food, or just bad service in some way shape or form. This is the only BK I’ve not had any issues with and they’re super clean as well!

Chasity, General Manager, really professional and kind. Food was hot and fresh and when I asked if it could be cooked to order they didn’t mind one bit.
