Haven't been to a Burger King in years. Thought I would give the one in Midland a chance. I ordered a Whopper and I feel like I was scammed. Seriously this is what your sell? Have you no shame?

Service was way too slow. You need to re-organize. For being a fast food establishment, the service was slow from the time you ordered until you received your order and all I ordered was a children's burger. I asked for a packet of mustard and what I received was a to go ice cream cup with a dob of mustard on the lid, what a waste of money. Plus your servers did not look happy at all. I don't think I will be going back there any time soon. That place need some serious help.

If your a working stiff and have only 30 minutes for lunch dont go here in the drive thru. This has to be the slowest fast food place in the universe.
I waited forever for my meal. Everything was cold. There was no one else around but myself and 2 ppl behind me. The childs apple juice is not 100% juice . It's definitely nasty.

We lacked a few cents from enough to paying, without breaking a large bill. The window person dug in their pocket too make up what we were missing. Didn't know the name, but that was wounderful.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Food is horrible, service has bad attitude, very loud with all the music, flys everywhere! Seriously go somewhere else!

This is the worse service and wait times for any fast food restaurants in midland,anytime I have ever gone here the wait time is ridiculous from ordering your food to recieving assistance at the window ..employee's here do not care about there job or the customers..they are always to busy hanging out and gossiping ..10 minutes for 2 ice cream Sundae and still no ice cream ..
