I stopped in to grab a large burrito for breakfast real quick and they did not have any large tortillas so I had to make do with two breakfast burrito jr.5 minutes to prepare them even though it should not take that long and they were not that busy. If I would have known it would have taken that long I would have gone somewhere else to get what I wanted.On top of that after finding out that I cannot order what I originally wanted I asked if I could get something similar in the breakfast burrito Jr by adding bacon and sausage and what they wanted to charge me extra for that. How hard is it to slap one piece of bacon into a breakfast burrito. To make up for the fact that I cannot get what I originally wanted because they didn't have it?

Every time I come here the fries and o rings are like rubber. I can never come here and get hot fresh fries or o rings. They either taste like they’ve been sitting all day and th ey couldn’t bother to make fresh. Same with the fries. They’re either dry and nasty or soggy and full of fryer oil……. Pretty sad I spent 30$ here and the only part of my meal that was good was the damn sandwich. I bet when you guys take your lunch breaks you make sure your food is nice and fresh. Why do we not do this for the hundreds of customers who come here a day as well???? Don’t even know why anyone bothers eating out at fast food anymore. The only place I can count on good food from every time is anything other than bk. Do better.

This is the dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. First picture is after wiping down one seat, second is who knows what on the floor in the play area. Every table but 1 was dirty. The picture I did not add is of the poop smeared on the bathroom floor.
