To start, we waited longer than the quoted time by 20 minutes, and then the food was cold and soggy. My chicken fried rice has absolutely no flavor. The dumpling sauce was so salty it made my face pucker, I tried asking what their sauce was like before ordering and the person couldn’t give me an actual description of what the sauce was. I am so unsatisfied and will never be coming back here. Very disappointed.

China Palace has become our #1 place to go for Chinese takeout. Quality of ingredients is high, taste is fantastic, portion sizes generous, and we receive excellent service every time. We also appreciate how easy it is to customize orders when ordering through the website. Recently we had the Mongolian beef, crispy sesame chicken (our favorite) and the eggplant, which was excellent. If you go to pick-up and find a bunch of people waiting, it isn't because service is slow, instead they are just that popular. Without a doubt, the best takeout Chinese in the Midland area.

Take out only (no dine in right now at China Palace). The food is pretty good and the servings are HUGE. The dinners are definitely not for one person. It is a good value to take home for a family meal (or two family meals, with leftovers).

Ultimately we were very disappointed. For the price we paid the food was bland, greasy, soggy, and some of it very over cooked. We had sweet and sour chicken, very water and over done. Egg rolls were so soggy and greasy you could (and I did) squeeze and ring it out!! And the beef and veggies were so bland.
