My experience at Cultivate Tea was like no other. Truly the most pleasant place I stopped at during my time at Midland Comic Con.
I stopped in to get something to drink as I felt like I was about to pass out, and got some of the most amazing tea I have ever had in my life. They never asked for a dime, and I wish I had donated while I was there because the individuals running the place were that sweet and generous.
It truly is a wonderful environment and very spacious allowing for accessibility. I could see myself coming back and drawing in the comfortable cafe if I'm ever in the area again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables had varying height and plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. Lighting was very sensory friendly.

Stumbled upon cultivate coffee shop and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting! We had no idea it was a donation based coffee shop - so definitely bring cash to help donate to this wonderful little spot! Definitely recommend

Pay-what-you-want coffee and cocoa and cheap packaged snacks (nuts, Oreos, etc). The shop is lovely and welcoming to people who want a friendly place to spend some down time

Kid-friendliness: Coloring pages, crayons, books. Staff is very sweet about adding ice and marshmallows to the hot cocoa

Wheelchair accessibility: Nice open walkways, no steps

I stopped in here just a couple weeks ago and loved it in there. They were so nice and it was such a relaxing space! If you're looking for a place to relax on your own or have a conversation with friends, this is a great place for it. The coffee was great as well. Overall, a very inviting place for everyone.

Awesome! This place is the reason why I go to the mall. The place is ran by volunteers and donations. They offer basic coffee drinks, a variety of hot chocolate and a nice selection of teas. The volunteers are awesome. They make you feel so welcome and like family. I have been coming here for several years now, pretty close to when they first opened. You are welcomed and are never ever pressured to donate for your drink. They aren't about the money, but about building relationships and making you feel welcome. They have a variety of bored and card games to play, coloring things for kids, puzzles and more. You need a place to chill and work on something, head here.If you are feeling bored, lonely, head here, you will be glad you did!!

Kid-friendliness: Fun games and coloring books available to use

A great place to sit down and relax with a couple friends or family and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a cup of coffee.
