Had chicken sandwich which was over cook and hard to bite through. Hard to eat in the car. So many people working(trying to looking busy) there makes you wonder if the prices could be lower if they reduced the staff and just became more efficient.

First time the food wasn't perfect. Burger ordered without mayonnaise looked like they put it on and then tried to take it off.

The food is prepared when you order and not before, and it’s pretty good for fast food. It is very pricey for what you’re getting though. There’s just one thing about Culver’s that bugs me. When getting a burger, if you get lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, they put it on the bottom. They’re called TOPpings for a reason. Nobody wants a soggy bottom bun. Other than that, the food is good.

Soul with spirit

I ordered through the drive-through and requested two sides of onion rings with my meal. When I received my order, I was given two regular fries instead. I went inside and let the staff know I had just come through the drive-through and that I ordered two onion rings but received fries. The older woman with a long blonde braided ponytail I believe her name was Katherine told me I wasn’t charged for onion rings. I explained that was fine and that I was happy to return the fries and pay for the onion rings instead. She said they didn’t want the fries back and brought me one order of onion rings. I let her know I had ordered two. Again, I offered to return the fries they had given me by mistake.
At that point, she appeared visibly upset and frustrated, sighed heavily, and went to get the manager. When the manager came over, I explained the situation. She said they would get my onion rings for me. I enjoy Culver’s and usually love coming here, but this experience was disappointing. The mistake was not mine, and I should not have been made to feel as though I had done something wrong when I did not. Unfortunately, the interaction was not friendly, and it left me unsure if I will return. Customer service should feel welcoming, especially when a customer is polite and trying to resolve an error respectfully. I had asked what her name was from another employee because she was purposely hiding her name badge. Perhaps if she doesn't like a high stress job she may want to get something that is more her pace.

3 stars. 3 stars for food because its fast food - mid at best.

3 for atmosphere because the atmosphere was sad. Everything is so expensive now. Nobody can buy anything.

3 for service because im generous. I watched the woman making the mixers batch up 2 orders (4 things). By the time both parties got em, they were luquified. They're ice cream dude - hand it out as theyre done, 1 at a time. Slower for sure, but better priduct out the door. Youre already robbing us for a burger, do what you can to protect quality?

I love Culver's and in every way save for one, this Culver's is great. Why, though, is this the only Culver's in the Tri-Citied that doesn't open at 10:00? I know 10:30 isn't a huge difference, but when you're in a rush, in a time crunch, a half hour can make a big difference. I don't care if its a private owned piece of the franchise or whatever. All Culver's restaurants should maintain consistency in open and close times. For that deeply inconvenient reason alone, I rate it an overall 1*.

The Best as usual. Consistently exceptional food, service, value. I won’t even go to the other drive thru places if there is a Culver’s in sight.

They even have yummy soup! And baby concrete mixers.

This is the only fast food joint that servers restro quality diner food with retro customer service! Staff is always abundantly friendly, expedient, and makes delicious fresh food. So much in fact I don't go to any fast food joint anymore (sorry McDonalds, your customer service sucks). You walk in and will be greeted by a full, friendly staff. Many of them are young or with physical disabilities, yet their ambition and capaciousness for high volume workloads put most customer service based businesses to shame. I've called from inside the store once to speak with management to tell them once how incredible their staff was performing, and how the man running the register was beyond helpful and kind. When I went back a year later to ask how he was doing, they said he left on great terms for a job he's been wanting for a while. Love the support, love the food, love the staff! Your food is always fresh and hot. They don't give you hog slop at any Culver's I've been to in Michigan.

Kid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any dining joint! They'll love the ice cream!

Order ahead and the pick up lines for them need to be changed. My truck doesn't even fit in a parking spot there. Also last time I went to pull in there, there were 2 cars in both pick up spots, I had to park in Meijer parking lot instead
