Service is terrible here even if there are no other customers. Take out orders aren't finished until at least 10 minutes after their ready time. I also doordash and every single time I have picked up an order it was late. The latest was almost 20 mins. You can see most of the kitchen from the register and you never see anyone staying busy they all stand around and talk. There was a new guy last night and he was on the move but I'm sure he will fall in line w the others when he figures out he's the only one working. It's not like it's a difficult job, quit expecting to be paid for free. I guess if they can continue to "work" there, nothing will change.

I order the chicken fried salad at Dairy Queen in Midland a couple weeks ago, because I love them. There not so big. When I got it, it had the flimsy dark green lettuce, some was clear. Then you could tell it was old. I come back a couple weeks later thinking it might have just been a fluke. There is so much rusty lettuce in my salad it’s rediculous.

Great staff great food. They always make sure whatever I order is right and smile and friendly. Also happy to see they give special needs kids work to do when they come in and get the experience they deserve and respect for them in the future.

Took a couple grandkids out for lunch after hockey games. My first time at the Midland store, very clean and a friendly staff. The chili dogs were excellent for a fast food place and I was greatly surprised by the fries, very crisp. Grandkids had chicken strip baskets and blizzards. They love DQ…

They have been slipping lately. The orders of ice cream and getting small and the amount of candy in the blizzards are very low. I ordered a large twist and got what looked like a small. When I asked about the size they told me “the ice cream probably just has less air in it today. That’s a large.” The picture added to this review was the large twist I ordered.

The fries were very plan they need salt and my blizzard wasn't even blended all the way the last 3rd off it didn't even have anything in it was just plan vanilla

We ordered a three piece chicken basket and I asked for toast on the side because I love the toast at Dairy Queen and then I ordered a soft served ice cream cone dipped in chocolate the girl that took our order put it in a cup instead of a cone for the ice cream and did not give me my side of toast when I specifically said that’s what I wanted

Ordered the mint chocolate chip brownie blizzard, it came out looking like chocolate ice cream I asked if it was mint chocolate chip and he assured me it was… it was a chocolate brownie blizzard.
