On 11/23 I ordered 2 pizzas, bread bites & an oven baked sandwich. In the past we've always been happy, however, this order ruined Domino's for my family. Out of 4 people in my household, not 1 of us got through our first slice of pizza or managed to choke down the bread bites. The food was awful. Hopefully others have a better experience.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas on 11/17/2025 at 1:35 pm, #1238 Domino's on Rodd Street in Midland, Michigan, with 2 toppings, light sauce, no seasoning on crust, and well done. Whoever made the pizza did an excellent job, everything was to perfection. The delivery driver was polite too and delivered my pizzas piping hot. Keep up the good work!

The crew seemed very unpleased that they were busy. And my pizza was not cooked, well done. I overheard them saying they accidentally messed up on one of the pizzas so they will just hold it up for an hour or two, hopefully someone else will buy it. Nasty!

I just moved here and I used to love Dominos. But this one is horrible. Delivery times are always past what they say by a long shot. They forget sauces that you have to pay for. And the most annoying thing is they don't know how to cut the pizza. Just all around not a good pizza place and that kind of sucks.

Team members whipping nose as they package people’s food with their bare hands. Order was said to be complete however they took an additional 25 min to even come back up to their station to ask. Constant screaming by one employee thinking this establishment is Hell’s Kitchen and she’s Gordon Ramsey. Overall not a pleasant experience.
Great deal but horrible experience. The app said 12 minutes but we waited in the store for well over an hour for our order. We were informed this is common practice.
The pizza we received was cold because it sat on the shelf waiting for our bread bites to get remade. I saw the first order come out of the oven on the conveyor and fall directly on the floor. The pizza was also missing several of the ingredients we ordered.

I’ve ordered from here a lot. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and it came with cheese on it (ok that’s part of the territory with not wanting cheese). But when I called them, the phone got picked up and I got hung up on. Multiple times. By the 5th call someone finally answered. I told them what happened. They offered to refund me and then went to hang up. I said wait are you going to remake the pizza? I can’t eat this. With a Very nasty attitude, the guy said “well if I remake it for you then I can’t refund you”. I said that’s fine I’m hungry and want the pizza. I even offered to drive to the store instead of delivery and got a nasty response of no it’s fine we will just do it and then got hung up on again.

This place is a joke. Placed an order online for 2 pizzas. Estimated pickup time stated 11-14 minutes. Went in to pick it up about 20 minutes later. 4 disgruntled customers were in line waiting for their pizza. Display screen shows 6 orders ahead of mine. The cashier says she “thinks” my pizzas will be made soon. She estimated another 25 mins. I let them know I was not waiting 40 mins when I was quoted 14. Cashier and manager stated the website makes up their own time and they have no control over it. I walked out. There are many other pizza places in Midland to wait 40 minutes for a mediocre pizza. Went over to Mancinos and was in and out and I’m certain the pizza was better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

This is the second time in a row that the deep dish pizza was undercooked. I had to put it in my own oven to bake it the rest of the way.
