The pizza was delicious, but I went to collect my "get a pizza latter" and the app said order can not go through. I tried getting help from the store and they promptly said they have nothing to do with it. Nice to know customer service is alive and well NOT!! DOMINOS lost a customer

The food takes an extra 20-30 minutes to cook beyond what the Dominoes app says. Account for this when ordering and you’ll never be upset with timing. The staff is friendly and apologetic each time I’ve gone in to pick up food.

I got a deluxe pizza delivered it was burned looked like the toppings were old not good.
Pizza tasted frozen. Ordered hamburger and bacon not much of either toppings. The other pizza was pepperoni that was covered. But the pizza tasted like a store bought frozen.

Between work parties and home in order from here a lot. Well tonight was very disappointing. Ordered online for curbside pickup at 6pm and was told 6:21-6:31, got there and waited outside until 6:40pm and finally went inside only to be told they’re at 40 minute wait times and my order wasn’t even on the screen yet so confidently about 50-55minutes realistically I was told. I asked why that’s the case and they said because DOW ordered a big order and because DOW is a large company they pushed them in front of all of the other orders.
