Coming from the east coast I’ve had many opportunities to experience wonderful restaurants and service but this place was exceptional. It is in the customer service and how the staff threads in kindness throughout their actions. It’s subtle and should be watched for. It’s the little things that expand good service to great service and this is a very impressive group. Beyond that the food and wine were better than expected.

Went in for our anniversary dinner. The staff was amazing, from the time we entered the building till the time we left. The food was amazing as it has been every time we've dinned here.
My wife and I had dinner last night as this place was recommended by more than 1 person. I’m not a food expert, but we love to try new restaurants of all different kinds. I can honestly say this might be the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Food, cleanliness, service, drinks & etc. Highly recommend.

Everything was delicious and the service from Kale was really great. My only big issue was the use of "complimentary" I think they meant the wine complemented the meals, but people could take it differently and expect free wine.

Love Gratzi and dine here often for celebrations! However, if you sit a party of 5 in a horseshoe shaped booth, you could safely assume that going to the bathroom will be an excursion! Our party of five included four women, and all four of us used the restroom at once because getting up one by one from the booth was an inconvenience for us and disrupted the flow of traffic for servers. So I was surprised to have one of the female employees come in the bathroom shortly after us, announcing to us that she was doing a “mandatory bathroom check”. Thank you so much for assuming we were what, doing drugs in the bathroom?? Then making it known you were checking on us!!! We drove from 30 minutes away, were sat in a booth with limited in and out access, and just wanted to all use the restroom once before dinner to make life easier. Tacky way to go about something for such a nice restaurant. If you’re having these issues, I suggest handling it more discreetly on your end.

My now fiance, took me to this amazing Italian restaurant on our 1 year anniversary. Very upscale place, even their menus are on a tablet. The food was out of this world. Our waiter, Kale, gave us the best service, food recommendations and helped my fiance set up the perfect proposal. A night I'll never forget. Thanks Kale and Gratzi staff! Highly recommend.

Went for a special occasion,Wasn't really impressed, the drinks weren't all that great, the food was mediocre, I've had better at Olive Garden. Wasn't special, over Priced for quality, haven't been there in a while, probably won't waste my time again. Service was good, but not great.

Food and service is well above almost any other restaurant in the mid Michigan area. Not hard to do to be honest, but still. I've never eaten anything that wasn't excellent, and the waitstaff is very attentive and knowledgeable about every menu item, both food and drinks. But don't expect anything to be cheap. Also be careful with the spirits you pick. I was a little buzzed and didn't pay attention to the whiskey I picked for my old fashion. $40 later I learned my lesson!
