What an amazing dinner with the table side cheesewheel, the wait staff were outstanding, the flavors were great with the salmon Alfredo fettuccine and the zuppa Toscana was a great start! The creme brule was a top tier finish! The waitress was attentive and kind, and the table side cheese wheel specialist was generous and made us smile! Will be back for sure!

OUTSTANDING!!!! 10/25/25 was the most memorable day! We had our intimate wedding upstairs at Gratzi; from the moment I walked in the door EVERYTHING was perfect. Christine(manager) even in her absence handled each detail from the moment we spoke on the phone to make the reservations right up to the day of the wedding. The guest are still raving of the delicious cuisine and the exceptional service. Thank you for making our evening so special.

Very good food. Very expensive. We went for a retirement dinner. If the chemical company wasn't buying I would have gone elsewhere. The big deal is the cheese wheel, not that big of deal. The pasta had nothing over Olive Garden. I had a steak that was over the top.

What really stood out was how the entire staff worked together to help me make the night special for her and they truly made it unforgettable. Every little detail was handled with care and genuine kindness. You can tell they love what they do and care about their guests.

We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Gratzi. Being our first visit, we weren't sure what to expect. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who quickly seated us. Our server was kind, attentive, and helpful with sharing recommendations. My wife and I both chose pasta dishes- she was glad to see Gratzi offers a gluten-free pasta option. Our food was quite good and dessert was out of this world. Creme brulee was great and the carrot cake... oh my!
We look forward to dining at Gratzi again. The setting is well-suited for special occasions and the quality of service and food delivers at that level. The price is certainly reasonable for a high quality establishment.

One of my favorite restaurants, and I usually always have the best food, experience, and visit. However, yesterday was a little different. Our waiter Kail was not very attentive, he rushed around like a mad man. We got our appetizer before the bread you get, and after our food was delivered he hadn't checked on us until long after eating half of my meal. The broccoli side I received was likely rushed during the cooking process, because it was hard and not cooked through, and the leafy part was burnt to a crisp. I asked for a replacement, which came out better, but was drenched in very garlicky oil and still wasn't very tender. And after he brought it back out he blamed it on someone else which was odd. He didn't stay at our table for more than 5 seconds each time he was interacting with us for ordering, drinks, refills, dessert, etc. it wasn't like any of the typical experiences I've had there. I visit gratzi quite often and was put off a smidge this time.
