Great aesthetics. Only recommendation I would have is to ask customers if they want their brownie/muffin heated. I ordered something simple as I was in a hurry and was going to quickly sit down and eat. It took 10 minutes to have our food served to us and it was heated. I thought that was somewhat odd.

The boba tea is AMAZING! The flavors are spectacular. The gentleman serving us was very kind and welcoming. The interior is very nice and gives good vibes. There are lots of little fairy lights and plants everywhere. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. (The taro boba tea is the best.)

When someone is actually working the drive-thru the tea is usually fairly good, with the occasional overly bitter, unsweetened tea latte. No biggie, it happens. However, over the last few months the employees barely care about the drive-thru. On 2 previous occasions, I've waited 10 or so minutes waiting for my order to be taken only to be ignored even though there were customers inside, so they were clearly open.After today's 3rd experience with this, I'm done coming here. I waited 10 minutes and had multiple employees make direct eye contact with me in the drive-through and still ignore me. It is very unfortunate that this business is run this way. This was the only good boba place in the area.
