Had two mess ups in the same month on pizza we ordered forgot to call in the second mess up on their end went to get my replacement pizza today dealt with the manager who says he can't do anything for me even tho it appears their online system is constantly messing up cause when you order a one topping pizza you who imagine they would put pepperoni on it as it says on the online site but no and then it's your fault real joke you ask me
Update : manager called and made things right and apologized for the online system having issues informed me it's a common mistake happens to everyone apparently and better off to call orders in for future reference workers over there suck

Arrived and the pizza was already done then had to wait 20 minutes to pay because it wasn’t working for some reason during this they had the pizza sitting on the counter getting cold and in the end no discount offered or any coupons for the future even when we pointed out it was no longer a fresh pizza. Very disappointed

manager michelle rude af the guy touches dirty money and answers phones without washing hands then goes to the back and make pizza would not recommend EVER burnt it the first time as i put very crispy NOT BURNT they shall know the difference when we picked it up nothing but burnt all on out hands he had a whole attitude when he had to remake it the first time dont go here.

This establishment is disappointing there delivery driver almost hit me, in the back of Hungry Howie's there was a clear drive way ahead of the delivery driver but he persisted to follow directly behind me and my partner. Now if someone hits you with there car that is illegal, pedestrians have the right away and we were not walking in the middle of the street, we were walking behind Mirror Image Salon which is right next to Hungry Howie's and they have a drive way right behind there store. They should not have to go to the Mirror Image Salon drive way to get out of THERE parking lot he was being rude intentionally. So we yelled at the delivery driver obviously anyone would. Than when we persisted to tell Hungry Howies managment what happened they yelled at us and threatened to call the cops because we were mad there delivery driver almost hit us and we're yelling at him. I am very disappointed in the way management handled this situation and that is ridiculous what we had to deal with. No one asked us questions or did us right. When we had the right away and there delivery driver did the illegal action and was in the wrong we were yelling at him back in self defense to almost being hit by HIS car.

The only place I order pizza from. It’s always fire! Delivery is usually quick, I think only one time it took like an hour. The original crust is light and fluffy and crispy and delicious. Deep dish is delicious too. Pepperoni is spicy and yummy, sauce is tangy and delicious, I do ask for light sauce though, just a personal preference, but it’s always made perfectly. Keep doin what you're doin.

I ordered a pizza & Howie bread using the 2 for 6.99 deal. I added bacon, chicken, & light onions, as well as leaving a note asking for bbq sauce, since I was not given the option. I even called & they confirmed that they were able to… Once I picked up my order, I was told that they had to put pizza sauce on it, even though I was told otherwise… I then receive a call from the manger who was a female & I told her how the situation is ridiculous & that I will just not order from Hungry Howies in the future. She then became very snippy & we got into it, with her ending the conversation being homophobic & rude… As a manger, she was very out of line & unprofessional.

I Ordered online takeout on Valentine’s Day. Neither the heart shaped pizza or bread was cut. My boyfriend went inside to get the order and the lady at the counter made him go back out to the car to get the phone number on the order (recently got a new # and left the phone in the car). She would not look it up by last name or even turn around and see the order receipt hanging off the box that had all the info… NEVER going back to this location
