This location must have management issues. To start off I walked in and the music was so incredibly loud I could not hear the person taking my order. I kept asking him to repeat himself and he kept talking quieter. When I handed him cash for the price I thought he told me, he proceeded to tell me the total was different three different times. We got our order finally and went to sit down to eat. Then we had a worker walk up to our table and ask us if we were eating inside. This immediately made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My 7 year old looked at me asked if we could leave. It was the most bizarre visit. Jimmy John's as a company is great, this store however, I would pass on visiting.

Id really like it if you would fix the curb that everyone ramps as they leave the drive thru. Put a post there or something. Or an arrow, a plant, anything. Ya feel like a moron as you're pulling away.

I ordered the beach club and after a few bites I noticed there was only toppings on my sandwich, no meat. I called the store to tell them and the guy on the phone was very disinterested as if this happens a lot and it didn't shock him. He offered to make me a new sub but I was already back at work, so he told me he gave me credit for a free sub and I would just need to tell them my phone number when I came in again. The next day I came in again and gave them my phone number to redeem my free sub (I ordered the beach club again), and the employees could not find any record of my credit towards a free sub (I had a feeling that would happen). After 4 employees attempted to look me up, they just gave me the sub and said I was good to go (they never found evidence that the guy on the phone gave me credit for a free sub). When I got him I immediately noticed the sub once again only had toppings on it, no meat. I called the store again and explained that there was still no meat on my sub and once again, the employee was very unapologetic and disinterested, and offered me abother credit for a free sandwich. Two days later I came back to pick up my free sandwich and once again, the employees had no record of my credit under my phone number. They gave me the free sandwich (finally with meat on it) but the meat had really nasty parts that I kept having to pull off of my sandwich, very chewy and brown inedible parts of turkey. The bread was also hard and stale. I took 2 or 3 bites and threw it out. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Went through the drive through ordered two subs and a side of the jalapeno ranch was told my total thought it was a tad high but didn't think much of it paid got my sandwichs and got home they added a whole sandwich to my order and forgot to add the ranch and I just don't understand how you can mess up a order that bad (it's been 5 days and ive done two surveys with the link I was sent and no one ever got back to me don't waste your money here just go across the street to Jersey Mike's or subway)

When you spend 30 dollars for two regular size sandwiches you should not have to spend 50 cents on a cup of ranch on the side.
Went in for my usual the italian and left with it and something new. The young lady behind the counter suggested I try the Tuna. So I ordered my normal Italian sub and a LittleJohn Tuna. OMG now I have 2 favorites and Jimmy Johns. The Tuna was DELICIOUS ?? It's good that I don't have to only get the Italian Night Club which is great! Now I can have the Totally Tuna as well. Thanks to the young lady for introducing me to something new.

It's a standard Jimmy John's. The food is great and the service is quick at the counter. Although there isn't a ton of indoor seating, there was plenty when I was there. Most people were going through the drive through.
