I bought a 16 piece meal they overloaded the bag so when I got out of my taxi it all went busting all over the place wasted
They gave no silverware to eat anything with plastic spoons etcetera nothing
And when I called the Midland store where I bought it Abby the manager refuse to give me the store number which is required by law so she broke the law there
And she says what am I supposed to do about it very rude totally disrespectful
Never going there again it's unbelievable
No wonder there's nobody there anyway

Placed an online order for pick-up. Was shorted 2 coleslaw and I should have looked to make sure because kids can't count today. Anyway called and said no refund on the two missed dishes and I'd have to drive back down there. Nope. She argued with me saying I know it was filled right. Long story short double check you orders here. I won't have to anymore because I won't be going back. Meal was sub par for $45 and that was with the 12pc bucket half off.

The extra crispy is extra soggy. The mash potatoes feel like they are not made with real potatoes. The gravy is bland.

I remember when KFC was good, now you can absolutely tell how the quality has gone down. Anything for short term profits.

Ordered chicken strips both orders were burnt to crisp including the wedge fries .
They actually thought people were going to eat that crap .

Kfc is inexpensive. Decent food, not fancy. The booths are comfortable. Nice food deals and staff. Manager is courteous. 4 and a half stars.

I wanted the chicken poppers. It was an 8 piece. I was to get one side only and it wasn’t even a quarter of a cup of corn. Seriously it only filled the center of half cup container. Then I got a biscuit and no butter or honey spread. The poppers were no bigger than a dime and they were dried out from sitting to long in the heat. My corn was dark in color and tuff to chew. I am not making this up this is the truth I sware my life on it. . This order cost me $9.11. The girl working was more interested in talking to a friend or relative than waiting on me. Then here comes this overly aggressive over weight male and treated me like I was spit under his feet. I took my order sat down and decided this is a load crap being treated like this took my order back up insisted on a refund and had to explain why! The nerve of either of the petty workers if that’s what you want to refer to them as. I would fire both if I was the team leader there and I will not bring my business there again I don’t care how long I got to wait in line at McDonald’s.

I paid over $60 for my whole meal, recieved VERY raw chicken in my bucket, and when I called the next day (ordered just before close) to inquire about a refund I was told I would be expected to fish my bucket out of trash already taken out and bring old raw chicken back into the building to confirm. Not only unsanitary, but incredibly unprofessional. Any good business knows even a refund is just a common decency when a mess up is made and not enough, and most will offer something to make up. Instead, when I pay for a really expensive product, I get treated like a liar.
