I paid over $60 for my whole meal, recieved VERY raw chicken in my bucket, and when I called the next day (ordered just before close) to inquire about a refund I was told I would be expected to fish my bucket out of trash already taken out and bring old raw chicken back into the building to confirm. Not only unsanitary, but incredibly unprofessional. Any good business knows even a refund is just a common decency when a mess up is made and not enough, and most will offer something to make up. Instead, when I pay for a really expensive product, I get treated like a liar.

Well I ordered out but it was awesome great delivery
Third time in a row going to this KFC and my chicken is not fully cooked half raw might have to call health services on them for undercooked food especially chicken I will never return to this KFC other KFCs I have been to all over the world are a lot better

If I could give a zero i would. Not only did i sit there for more than 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be done (an hour after initially ordering) but i watched drinks get knocked of a shelf and spilled everywhere...customer they splashed all over was never even acknowledged but the workers thought it was pretty funny and didnt see a need to apologize. They then rolled a disgusting mold smelling shop vac over the counter where food is set to suck it up, worker said they have no mop bucket, and they werent planning to clean counter until another customer said it was disgusting. A lobby full of like 6 people with food late and or missing, and pop all over the floor and terrible customer services….not a single apology for waiting or a my bad. Absolutely awful services.

Just spend 15+ minutes in line with 6 other people and not one person was helped. No food being made just a bunch of dumb kids playing jokes goofing off in the back.

They took 20 mins to get me my first order....then another 10 for the 2nd order. The lady in front of me was told she could either not get her biscuits or wait 9 minutes. She's still waiting. They told the guy in front of her he couldn't have extra crispy, he would have to take original...why can't you get what you pay for here?
It's whatever. I like kfc but this is like a subway it leaves a log to be desired especially for fast food. I'd pass this location

I can't seem to get away from the fill up Bowl but there are many items that are wonderful . My wife always gets the two-piece chicken meal the number one and just loves it you can't beat the price and the value of this menu.

In the speaker when she repeats the chicken nuggets I wanted I asked Could I please get bbq on the side? Having to be smart she goes they have it at the window for you and I’ll put some in your bag so I said okay thankyou. I get to the window she goes what kind of sauce do you want again so already irritated I get to work for my car lunch break mind you and I don’t have a spoon or fork for my mashed potatoes. Also got no honey or butter for my biscuit. Needless to say half got thrown away because I didn’t have anything to eat it with. Great job. I figured they had forks at the window and would put it in my bag for me. You don’t have to ask for sauce just forks. Thought that was a no brainer. Thanks for the terrible lunch!
