My chicken was raw and they are out of gravy...:( I was working and couldn't leave so I had it delivered.....I'm very sad I didn't eat anything but the biscuits. Please do better. I'm starving and paid $20 to eat 2 biscuits

They seem to not care very much about the food they send out my chicken was extra crispy covered in this brown liquid that made it soggy. I asked for original and got extra crispy again not the first time. There was a bunch of liquid on the bottom of my bucket. I took pictures of it I'm trying to call, but for some reason they don't answer their phones. It's been two days. And I don't feel like I should have to waste four dollars in gas just to go figure out why they messed up my order again.

We ordered mac and cheese. They didn't have any spoons or forks. We used a knife. Glad we didn't order mashed potatoes, coleslaw, a chicken bowl, soup. It was crazy.

I had always had good experience at this location, but they really failed me tonight. Ordered 3 PC big box meal Orinal recipe with 2 breast and 1 wing. I got 3 wins and 1 breast all extra crispy. The order was placed online and picked up 3 minutes after ready. I should have checked the order( naw it will be okay, the tag says "it was packed and double checked by.... no one"). But what disturbed me most was an employee eating behind the counter. Called in the complaint...they can replace my order tomorrow and eating behind counter is not allowed.

KFC has made a number of improvements to their food. The hot and spicy wings are amazing, and the original recipe wasn't overcooked.Parking: Very small but efficient lot with drive around for exit. Can be hard to get out of if busy.

Personal working at the window on Oct 22 needs to work on their customers relation was a bit rude to my wife not friendly my wife just wanted sauce so she ask for it at the order station was told she need to ask for at the window no problems the person act like they were being ask to do something major when she ask for wanted my wife to pay first before getting the sauce apparently they were holding the sauce hostage ,

Horrible experience. Ordered online, they received the order at 9:34, Received response saying 9:40 would be ready for pick up. Arrived at 9:40 Employee said would be a 20 minute or less wait on the chicken do we wanna wait or get something elts. I informed her we would wait, that I would run to gas station. Upon arriving back at Location several employees including her was outside/ in back smoking. The smell of there "green" cigarette was very strong. We went back to the window and was asked to pull ahead to a parking spot, as they were still waiting on it. After moment's of sitting I once again go threw drivethrew as it is 10:15 now & again we were asked to pull ahead so we didn't run up there time. I pulled forward about 4 feet an that's where we sat, for another 10 minutes waiting on our food. The whole experience was completely unacceptable. We had a very small order just an 8 piece chicken and 8 piece wings an still waited almost an hour. Horrible customer service,
