Well it was an experience.Went in for the new crazy puffs. I didn't anticipate them being like a 'hot n ready' I knew we would have to wait a little bit. That's fine.Went back to the car, waited.As we are waiting there is crowds of ppl going into the shop. Time was approx 430pm.My lapse time was about 15 mins. I went back inside to a long line. Waited in line and I could see the prep table. There were my puffs. Sitting there in the medal cupcake tin. They sat there for about 10 mins bc the lady working proceeds to finish a mans order who ordered his food after me. I saw ppl using this location like a fast food service....it's not... Order ahead unless you are getting an actual hot n ready. If you walk into a location and order expect to wait a few mins. That's fine. But let's not all gather and hover the counter pressuring to get your order first. (To the man who got his 7 pizzas before me and order after me ?)The whole experience was horrible.The customer service was terrible. And what I saw standing in line waiting, I wish I could unsee.To the manager:: you need help scheduling. Your workers need more help...it's obvious.The puffs themselves are overrated. But fair for the price ???

3 time in a row...I paid for extras and did not receive them on delivery. How irritating! And when I called to speak with management they asked me what I wanted him to do. Well sir, I feel it's bad buisness when I order AND PAY for items and do not receive them. And all you can say is next time you come in tell someone

Not sure what has happened here but will NOT support this place any longer. 2 separate times when calling to place order, NO ONE picks up the phone. Each time when I arrive and mention it, they don't care. So you have to WAIT unless you get a Hot n Ready. Cleanliness has went to the gutter. Looking in the back it was horrible. Trash on floors and un healthy practices by employees.

Tried calling to put a order in driving back home for 40 mins. Not a single person decided they wanted to to put there phones down to answer the phone. Then when we arrived to order the pizzas the girl named destiny working at 8:20pm wanted to give us an attitude and try saying they can't hear the phone ringing, so my wife called the phone while standing in the lobby and she then goes "oh now I can hear the phone ringing." The 2 guys sitting in the back never even looked up from there phones to see if someone was grabbing the phone.

The food was mediocre, not much to expect from little ceasers. However one of the gentleman in the back was being un sanitary itching his privates and butt, as well as putting thing that were in his mouth on another woman's order, one woman who worked there called him out and gave excellent service if I could rate her it would be 5/5. I do not plan on eating here again until these issues with cleanliness are dealt with.

Wednesday night, went in and got a pizza. There was a short guy with a beard scratching his butt and balls cutting pizzas and touching the food. This is highly disgusting and it needs to stop. Won't be coming back. But front lady was great

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. Ordered online and was told it would be ready by 5:58. Waited until 6:43. Was told they were waiting on a pretzel pizza. A guy who ordered 20 minutes before then came in and got a pretzel pizza and I was told they had no idea where mine was. Finally asked for a refund and the manager said nothing and dropped coins on the counter while handing me cash. Wasted over an hour plus drive and never even got any pizza.

Not like they answer the phones here anyways.. I've been across the street getting my oil changed and the last 15 minutes they haven't answered the phone and I can see the parking lot your not busy so great
The is the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always over or under cooked or lacking topping and never anyone at the counter. You ask for anything and they stand there like they don’t know what to do. Unfortunately this is one of 2 in the city and they both are awful. Not to mention they don’t put your food in the portal for over 10 minutes after they’re “packing it up”.
