We ate here last night and was not impressed at all. Ordered a large pizza, breadsticks and crazy puffs. Got there in under 10 minutes, and the order was done!! Pizza was undercooked and slimy. The crazy puffs were saturated in butter. The box was literally wet on the bottom from sitting for so long with so much butter. They were cold and not good. Had been sitting for so long the cheese had zero pull. It was more like a cheese stick. One cold clump of cheese. The breadsticks were the same way. Saturated in butter. The wrapping was dripping with butter. Way to much. Like they just poured the butter on. I ordered our food hoping it would be made fresh. So we could eat it, hott. At least warm. Very disappointing. I used to work at this location, and I know the owner doesn't stand for this poor, poor food quality. Please do better.

Ordered a pizza with some cheese bread was told it would be a 10 minute wait. after 15 minutes I came in and I waited another 15 minutes, without being acknowledged, just for them to pull it out of the warmer and tell me that it’s been there the whole time. What I received was not even my order!! Girls just said sorry and walked away like it was no big deal. I’ll just go to the better one on a mile down the street.

The only thing I’m going to say is , I came here 3 days ago around 9.20 pm and the store was closed. The young man that answered the door said we decided to close early.what?

Absolutely worst pizza place around. Multiple experiences now, first time waited A HOUR for our pizza, left our pizza in the hotbox while i was sitting in the lobby and never said a word. The cashier was also extremely rude. This time, ordered delivery, and get a call from our delivery driver 10 minutes after food was supposed to be at my house, and was told order was lost and needed to remake it. Completely over this store, please go to the other Saginaw Road Little Ceasers, such a better experience and not a complete waste of time.

Every time I go to this location the pizza always is awful! I ordered slices and sticks. First off, the crust was thicker in some areas than others. Secondly, the pizza had more sauce than cheese. The slices and sticks wasn’t cut with proportionate sizes. Some slices were twice as big as the others. The proportion of slices and sticks was 2/3 pizza and 1/3 sticks. Overall the pizza was very sloppy in the quality of the pizza.

Tonight was the third time we have ordered and gone to pick up and the staff acts like they have no idea what we’re talking about. First time my husband walked in ordered the pizza and sat down to wait. 15 min went by and people in and out with their orders so he went to the counter and asked for his pizza…”did you order one?” Duh… no I’m sitting here for my health. Second time was alit like the first but order by phone… same screw up once he got there. Tonight was ordered online and was given a pick up time. Went to get it “it’s not made yet. Come back in 30 min.” Called at 30 minutes to see if ready… had no idea who we were and no record of an order in that name!!!! Idiots!! 3 strikes you’re out LC…….Pizza isn’t that great anyway!!!

I don't know if corporate needs to step in or what but this is consistently the slowest Little Caesars in the area. 0% of the time, they will have a Hot & Ready actually ready. Always a 30+ minute wait. If you order ahead, expect the pizza to be up to an hour late. Look at other reviews and realize that I am not the only one.
