Will not go again. This is a steak house and after making three attempts to make a filet mignon steak correct, still all three were mushy, gray, not seared and unable to cut. Ordered medium rare and never came back that way. Lobster tails sent out under cooked had to be sent back. Not charged for meal but made a special dinner not enjoyable. Our server was excellent.
Ordered the Filet Mignon Medallions and got Sirloin Medallions. Not impressed.
Our ribeyes were disgusting! 3 of us ordered them and we couldn’t even chew a bite enough to swallow. I had 3 bites and had to spit out all 3! The other two had less than 1/4 of theirs before giving up. When we said something to manager she was rude and said I’m not refunding money for steaks! Well, we will never return and will let everyone we know at Northwood to stay away from this nasty restaurant! Very rude and unprofessional lady for a manager!
