Been here twice. Food was mostly great outside of one time they gave my buddy a massive 30 oz hunk of meat when he ordered a 16 oz prime rib, and one steak that was a bit tough despite looking perfect doneness. Everything else was amazing, especially the cheesy potato soup. Service was great too.

Seems like every time we go we get terrible customer service. Had a waitress that was only on her second day. She had a whole section to herself, no one around to help. She didn't know the menu as syrup kept trying to get us to order stuff we knew didn't come with our meal. Had to come back several times to fix our order while she was trying to out it in the computer. She dropped a glass of wine on the table behind us. Manager was no where in site. Our food was so dry when it was brought out to us, my son and I couldn't eat our food. This place is always poorly managed. No manager in site on the floor, when I wanted to speak with her she was hiding off hiding.

Mashed potatoes are truly not good, we got charged for extra ceaser dressing, we never asked for and we never got, potato soup had very small amount of potatoes

Our side salads were wilted ,croutons were stale and tomatoes were a little yellow. We ordered our favorite Maryland chicken...very disappointed chicken was tough and stringy and pretty sure not up to temperature. As long time customers we were very disappointed...this was our second time giving it one more try! No more for us.

Ordered take-out for my wife and I to take home (40 mins. away) Had a luke warm steak dinner that was absolutely fabulous. Better than a hot meal at other restaurants in town.

Overall service was terrible, Food was below average, appetizer was like warm at best, steak was overdone and no taste. No manager in site or I would have said something. Also no bread at all

They don't appear to know what medium rare means. I sent back my overcooked prime rib and only ate the second one because I didn't want to wait for a third.
