Me and my fiance got steaks there last week 02/13/26 and I ordered a T-bone, the steak cut was a New York Strip with a bone on it, they cut the tenderloin out. My fiances Filet mignon was burnt on the outside, and all you could taste was a charcoal like taste. The stuffed mushrooms were great that we got as an appetizer. Service was good as well.

Great drinks, great service, and great food. The aged prime rib is very good. The fish tacos on the appetizer menu are a good sized portion. My only complaint is the bread that they give you with your meal is very salty.

I was very disappointed 2/4 /2026 at 4:45 pm My husband and I wanted to go out to dinner as part of date night . Decided to go early because I have been going through chemo and on walking boot for bad foot. So was nice to go get out and feel normal. My husband had steak and mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts ,I had Maryland chicken brussel sprout and mashed potatoes. I was craving brussel sprouts and when going through chemo you eat what you crave because does not happen very often. So I was so excited .. steak was good but he said he had better from Lucky's before. our mashed potatoes were cold and dry crusty on top like they had been sitting for awhile .my Maryland chicken which is my favorite dish just didn't look right it was very light in color for the breading not cooked completely .asparagus on top of the chicken was very hard but, the brussel sprouts were the worst and I could have cried over it sounds funny but it was my main reason for coming to Lucky's that night. They were hard ,like they maybe boiled them for a second if that was no pan crispy from leaves so I know they were used in oven or pan however they cool them, the balsamic dressing was all over the brussel sprouts on top and the bacon which is fine but it definitely was not cooked . They were so hard you could not bite into the brussel sprouts. We could not eat them or asparagus . I get businesses are short staffed or whatever ,but to put food out to people at the tables is not OKAY.
I did not tell Jordan our waiter because he was amazing and upbeat and it was starting pick up on business by time we got our meal and was eating. I normally do not complain but I was just heart broken and kinda just ruined my mood as far as when you been sick and just want something to feel like your normal life before cancer .
I just hope that the next time I come in that whatever happened February 4th does not happen again.

The entree was very good, steak and shrimp. The brussel sprouts were not great. We seemed like a huge inconvenience to our waiter. I believe we saw him at the beginning and the ending and that was it.

Just had a great dinner at Lucky’s in Midland, MI. There was a large group of us celebrating our Aunt/Mom/Grandma’s birthday. Jessica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing!!! Considering the size of our group, it was impressive how attentive she and the rest of the team were while still serving other tables at the same time. Amazing team, food was great, all orders were accurate, cups were kept topped off, and we had a really nice time. 😁

We’ve been regular customers at Lucky’s Steakhouse for a long time. We dine in and order takeout often, and this used to be our go-to place for steaks.
Last night we ordered takeout. Both of our steaks tasted off and had a strange texture. My girlfriend couldn’t eat hers at all. I tried both steaks, ate about half of mine, and later felt sick to my stomach and went to bed early. We saved both steaks and brought them back today.
They refunded her steak but refused to refund mine because I had eaten half, even after explaining that it made me feel ill and I stopped eating it because of that. That feels unreasonable.
The manager, Matt, was short, unapologetic, and dismissive. He showed no concern that the food may have made a customer sick. There was no apology. He repeatedly walked away to talk to another manager without explaining what was happening, leaving me standing in the lobby unsure whether to wait or leave. The whole interaction felt unprofessional.
We’re extremely disappointed. This was our favorite restaurant, but after both the food quality and how we were treated, we won’t be returning. We would rather drive farther to another steakhouse than come back here.

First time here. The Prime Rib was very tuff. No seasoning. I had the 16oz. My Wife had the 10oz. Both cooked medium. The bake potato was burnt. I did like the salt glaze on the potato skin. Our waitress was excellent, did not say anything to her about our prime rib, it is not the waitress fault. Chewed the best we could, paid the bill, and said good night. And yes left a 30% tip. It was not her fault.
