First time here. The Prime Rib was very tuff. No seasoning. I had the 16oz. My Wife had the 10oz. Both cooked medium. The bake potato was burnt. I did like the salt glaze on the potato skin. Our waitress was excellent, did not say anything to her about our prime rib, it is not the waitress fault. Chewed the best we could, paid the bill, and said good night. And yes left a 30% tip. It was not her fault.

If you haven't tried Lucky's... don't waste your time. Appetizers are poor quality (the menu says they have Steak Bites, but that's not true. They no longer serve those). The onion rings and fries (in the fryer too long) were tough, was too salty and tasted like the freezer. Quesadillas were obviously frozen as well and simply reheated. Awful.

Went to Lucky's on 9/30/25 around 2pm and both ordered the NY strip one medium and medium rare. Both were over cooked and outside burnt, couldn't finish either steak, worst I've ever had.

So here we are, 3 years later. Go back. Everything is slow as hell. It took 20 minutes for her to take our drink. Order. Albeit, she was pleasant. It took over an hour for us to get food.Then, half of my food is cold, apparently not getting any better .3yrs ago....All we could hear from our table was dish washing noise behind wall, service was slow, meal arrived about 5 minutes after salad, streak was great, side dishes were blan, check came quick
