Maru was an amazing experience. Service was amazing. If you visit Maru I would highly recommend that you Request Jessica P. Her knowledge of the menu and attentiveness is second to none. Presentation of our selections where amazing. I highly recommend the Oceans 21, Mario, Cosmo and Spicy Tuna roll. On the Oceans 21 you have to indulge in the cherry bomb sauce. You will thank me later. The price was fair for the quality and amount of food. Maru is more than a sushi restaurant. It's an experience to be had. I cannot recommend Maru enough!

Is the worst place I have been go. Worst service, horrible drinks so sweet. The staff made a bad face when I arrived, they didn't serve me, and my food never arrived I’m sit for more than 1 hour. Everyone in the place was eating except me. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT.THEY ARE RACIST AND THEY DISCRIMINATE. I WILL SEE A LAWYER AND SUE THEM FOR THAT. THIS PLACE MUST BE CLOSED

I can't rate the food since I waited for an hour for it, but they didn't attend me like a proper customer for my skin color (I'm mexican) all the other tables that arrived after us we're eating and finish their food, from the time that I enter until I get out, I feel the racist treatment from all the service attendees (waitress, hostess and manager)

I've been going here for years. Always great food. They have been slaking a bit in their chef rolls. But otherwise, it's the best place in town for sushi. Blue mango still their best roll!
I enjoyed my meal at Maru Sushi & Grill in Midland. My vegetarian tempura sweet potato roll was delicious. The fried tofu appetizer and seaweed salad were well seasoned, tasty and well-textured. The wait staff are helpful, fast and kind. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Midland.
