Had me wait 17 minutes for a quarter pounder and a small fry. No one in line in front of me or behind me, it felt intentional. The time before, they only filled our drinks a little more than half way. The kids that work here just seem annoyed about having to do their job. This place is in serious need of a managerial intervention.

I ordered during lunch time (sometime between noon and 1). I ordered through the drive through, they were prompt with my order taking which I appreciated. However, I was asked to pull forward, which is fine…but I waited an awfully long time for one meal when they aren’t busy. Rarely ever have to pull forward at the McDonald’s in the city I live in and my food is hot and fresh there.

It was a brisk Saturday morning, about 8:30am. We came into the drive thru on a mission, food and drink. The staff working were friendly. The wait time after ordering, nonexistent! Our hash browns were hot and crispy, sweet tea was the best I've had in years! The best part? THE MCCAFE MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Let's gooooo!! The mocha was superb. Thanks ladies of McDonald's 🫶

Don't go to this McDonald's if you play the monopoly game they take the stickers off of large cups when you get a frappe and say the frappes don't get a sticker which is a lie every large frappe I have got from Gladwin, West Branch and the McDonald's on Eastman have them on the cup!! Looks like employees are just taking them off and keeping them for themselves!!

Just got a couple filet o fish from the drive through, cheese and tarter sauce on the side, not barely on fish. Won't come here no more.

I got two different drinks not full. It’s ridiculous to go through the drive through and have to go back inside to fill my drinks that should’ve BEEN full when handed to me. SMH. It’s not like the workers can’t SEE the drinks are not full.
This dump can’t ever give me what I pay for. Shorted one of my kids a sandwich again. No time to go back but they will gladly give me a sandwich if I do waste my time going back but I won’t

Husband and I have gone thru drive thru about 5× in the past 2 wks and and so far they haven't given us any mistaken orders like what usually happens every single time at any other McDonalds, and the employees have been so friendly. This McDonalds will get recommended highly from me every time.
