This is the worst McDonalds location I've ever been to, and I've been to some bad ones. The employees can not get the orders correct and then want to argue about it. I will never return. HORRIBLE SERVICE from day shift manager yesterday, 10/28/25.
Every time my family visits this location we are either missing something or the order is wrong. We should not have to argue over wrong orders due to the incompetence of the staff.

Worst McDonald's in Midland don't go here just go to the one on Saginaw rd. They are constantly and consistently getting orders wrong doing scummy stuff like only giving you one Monopoly piece per order. And they have higher prices than the McDonald's on Saginaw just less than a mile away. It's the worst of all worlds.

I placed an order on the McDonald's app at 7:25 am from my phone. I got there at 7:31am parked in Spot 5. My app asked me if I had arrived o clicked the yes button and put in which parking spot I was in. Got the usual order will be out to you in 2-5 mins message. I waited and waited no order coming out. It is now 7:50 and I have to be to work at 8 am. So I call the McDonald's store using the handy number that was on the confirmation email for my order. They have no record of my order. I tell them the order number and what time order was placed the spot I'm in and what was on the order. I get the answer again they can't find a record on their end of my order so a guy finally comes out with a bag and asks to see my app order which I show him as well as my email confirmation. He says are you sure it's the Waldo Rd McDonalds and I point to the address on the order confirmation and then on the app. Yes it is!. He said well I didn't get paid for this order. I checky banking app and the money has already been debited from my account for the amount matching my order confirmation email. And say, Yes you did. I got an snarky look and the bag was handed over a long with my coffee which was not even filled up all the way. I open the bag on the way to work which by now I am running late too. One of my sausage burritos was not even in a wrapper! I grabbed it because hey I waited sooooo long, and I was starving. I bite into it and immediately spit it out..my egg is frozen in the middle!! Seriously!! This McDonald's I am done with!

Went here once and probably won't come back. Food was fast. I ordered a large fry only. But they were cold and hard to chew. 2/10 won't recommend.
YOU GOT TO BE MCKIDDING ME! Well here's my lunch a cheese sandwich with ketchup inside and outside the bun nothing else... oh don't worry they'll put you in the book for a replacement cheeseburger 🤣

Got ripped off on the McDonaldland meal in Saint johns branch. Destiny the worker here after listening to my woah as me story got me the adult toy the other store forgot. Thank you so much
