Don’t even bother with drive thru, go inside to order so you don’t have to wait in line to drive back through to get the food you actually ordered. The order is never right. I’ve tried breakfast, they’ve forgotten my hash browns, forgotten to put bacon on a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I’ve tried lunch, ordered no onions, got onions. Cold fries every time. This isn’t a onetime mistake, they mess up every order every time.

Had to wait for my food and the fries weren’t even fresh, they were cold and gross. Also, I wasn’t given honey mustard for my nuggets like I asked for. I don’t have time for this crap.

Never have hot fries,,and they are awful at serving in parking spots,I waited 30 minutes,while there were people going through drive thru after I was already waiting for my food,getting served before me,I finally had to go in and tell them,I have been waiting for 30,they asked me if I was Jeff and I said yes,they gave me my food which was cold and never even said they were sorry for overlooking me.This was at Hemlock mi MacDonalds,I haven't been back since.Now I go to Wendy's they have much better fries and they serve them hot.

Come in here to get two Big Macs, with noooo pickles. Glad I ordered to go n not thru the drive thru!!! Get back out to my car and what do ya know pickles on on that of them!! Was 315 in the afternoon, so it wasn't busy!! The only busy they were doing was talking and BSn!!! And u people want how much an hour?!?! Smh.i have a tip, do your JOBS!!! U DO NOT deserve more money!!!!! Here we are again... Halloween day and my fiance ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal, a cheese burger n coke...she gets home and all there is is a diet coke and a chicken nuggets!!! This restaurant should be shut down!!! Constantly getting orders wrong and yet your prices are higher!!!! Worst restaurant in Midland by far!!!

Best mcdonalds I've ever been too. I've only dined in. They're very fast where your food is done almost immediately. Very friendly staff. Sue is great!
No napkins in the bag. Nice getting a mile down the highway with no napkin to wipe off my errant ketchup.

This location does a great job. Never have had an issue. Food is fresh, restaurant is clean and the employees are kind and thoughtful.
I didn't catch the guys name that was working tonight but he was very nice and made our food fresh without even being asked. I have encountered him a few times and it is always a good experience.

Then I ordered 2 Oreo pies. The first window is where you pay & get your receipt. Well my receipt is marked 12:11 pm, pie was supposed to be thrown out at 12:10pm. They still served them anyways
