It's one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and surprisingly professional. The food was well prepared and served hot. McDonald's food is what it is. That's on McDonald's. If I'm back in this area and starving like I was, I'll stop by again. It's definitely a much better McDonald's t than I'm used to seeing.

I often have a terrible experience with this location, some of the folks are great, others are rude. From half full drinks, to extra condiments that I pay for but NEVER receive. This place is a mess. Here's my $1.90 soda that isn't even full.

Terrible food, can’t even do their job right. Called to let them know they messed up our order and they just hung up with out saying anything, not even a sorry. How rude! Very disappointed and dissatisfied. They don’t treat you with any respect! Way to go McDonald’s on Eastman!!

Ordered a plain cheeseburger and it came with a bunch of ketchup which I didn’t ask for and I never got my straws for my drinks I called to tell them and they hung up the phone and I tried to call again and they wouldn’t answer this place sucks and they can’t even do a simple job of giving you what you want I worked with mental people that did there job 100 times better

The food was decent but lukewarm. I ordered online, and when I received my meal, the worker was snotty. We ordered four meals, and they're were only four workers on duty, it was a large order and we needed to call ahead next time.

Searously awful service!! They don't know what is going on at all!! No communication when I have been sitting there for a while n then when I asked what was going on she rudely said they were waiting for a manager... I was in a great mood until I pulled up there and dealt with these people if you're going to work somewhere that deals with people then maybe you should have some experience when talking to people. Being rude off rip is not how a business should be ran!!

Sat in drive thru behind 2 cars. Other lanes went through about 15 cars. 20 mins later it was turn and they changed from breakfast to lunch menu. Didn't know if they could make a breakfast meal for me. Not my fault I sat for 20 minutes in your drive thru. Got an iced vanilla coffee, had no vanilla in it and was bitter. Regret going.
Consistently and painfully slow. Took 14 minutes today for 2 coffees. S. Saginaw store run much more efficiently

I never go into this location mostly due to how the parking lot is set up. Always go through drive-thru. The workers at the window are always friendly and smiling. Although the drive-thru line appears long, there is a double lane which does help in keeping the line moving. They are pretty quick at filling orders. One thing they do very well is that if your order is waiting on something (i.e. cooking the fries) they will move the vehicle to the waiting spots so that the line doesn't get too backed up. I had a good experience!
Parking: The parking lot is not set up well for dining in.

One of the employees possibly manager decided to not honor a code that we used at the kiosk and made me pay full price even tho we ordered at the kiosk. He was rude about it when the other employee and I both tried to explain what had happened. He sucks big time.
