Let me start off by saying the burgers were excellent and the duck fat fries were delicious! my only gripe, and it's pretty major, comes from my experience from the staff. The tall gentleman who helped us was not very "inviting" when we approached the counter, he basically looked like he'd rather be somewhere else, and that continued throughout our ordering process. I was able to overlook that though, having worked food industry for years in FOH and BOH and knowing how terrible it can be working in a slow environment. However it's when he MADE our food (that we could see) that my party and myself started getting uneasy. It's one thing to scratch your neck and rub your nose then wash your hands... but this gentleman did those (sans washing), touched the fry basket, and proceeded to toss our fries with his thumb in the bowl. The lack of food handling knowledge was pretty apparent. I could not say the same for the other guy helping as I hardly saw him. The food was definitely the saving grace here, just train the staff a little more in food handling and customer service and I'm certain my next experience will be better.
This IS a tasty burger.
yo these burger guys know what they are doing here at this "Company"
This place has the best burgers by far, but even better is their awesome customer service. I look forward to trying your new chicken restaurant when it opens.
This is a very good burger restaurant inside of a somewhat empty mall .The burgers are fresh and very tasty and the fries are very good also - get the aioli with the fries !
The burgers were pretty good. The fries were overcooked and just average. The service was pretty bad and it was obvious that the single lone employee was unhappy about manning the store himself.
The food was good just wish they stayed open longer then 7pm should have the same hours as the rest of the restaurants in the Mall
$15.90 for a burger...large fries and a 12oz can of Diet Orange Faygo...little high on price..they are in the Midland Mall..Midland Michigan so understand their prices...burger was "ok"
Burgers are cooked to order. Wait was minimal. Everything about them seemed fresh. They were cooked perfectly, presented well, and were delicious! We also loved the fries! We'll definitely be back.
The workers wore no gloves (or masks), Constantly touched their faces, hair & clothing & then filled French fries & food bags with bare hands. And no separation for clean hands between cash collection & food preparation. It was gross to watch them work.

Short review: Five Guys makes a better burger.More: We're disappointed and won't be going back. The burgers are very greasy and taste/feel like they're made with cheap ingredients. The burger patties were mushy and had no body to them. The cheese tasted like cheap singles. The buns were mealy. For $9 I was disappointed.Avoid the duck fat seasoned fries. They're just soaked in fat. They're gross.
I always get a great burger at Midland Burger Company. The fries are amazing and my favorite burger is the Merica burger.
One of the best burgers in the country. Highly recommend. Great staff and awesome food. You should check this place out!!!
Friendly staff,,, even putting up with people that aren't so friendly. I witnessed it today, a man was yelling and blowing his horn because he figured his food should have been there instantly. He even was yelling in line waiting his turn. He was very in reasonable but they smiled and thanked him for stopping by. Then the girl had a smile on her face when I took my turn.
