I have been eating at this location for many years. Recently, its lost its flavor. I know taste is objective and others may find the change in taste to be necessary, i do not. I unfortunately will be looking for a new spot to fill this gap.

The best Chinese food in Midland! Portion sizes are generous, the menu has a great selection, and the prices are very fair. The owner uses fresh ingredients from Jack’s Produce Market, and you can really taste the difference. I highly recommend the garlic chicken, spicy chicken, Aladdin chicken, and the General Tso’s chicken. Both the hot & sour soup and the egg drop soup are excellent as well.
For about $15, I get enough food to last me two lunches—great value and consistently delicious!

the beef lo mein was awful. no vegetables, bland flavor, all around a bad experience. of you want something with flavor you're going to have to use a lot of soy sauce.

Fresh and hot~! Fast service~! Not the best Chinese food, but not the worst either~! The beef w broccoli is a bit too salty, but otherwise cooked correctly with tender beef and al dente broccoli. Orange chicken was very good~! Fried rice was, eh, flavorless but certainly not any worse than steamed rice.

The Chinese chicken dish, if one can even describe it as such, was excessively breaded with a minimal amount of meat. It is disappointing that they do not use white meat chicken in their dishes, despite its availability, and I was informed that it requires a special order. Frankly, Panda Express might offer a superior experience overall.

The sesame chicken was amazing and so were the cheese Rangoons!
Most of all I'm impressed with the service! They were so kind when I wasn't sure what I wanted and gave me a sample to be sure I'd like it. Despite having a lot of places to choose from at the mall, I'll definitely be eating here every time we come!

Rice like paste all clumped together and tasted like stale and flavorless, noodles no flavor, orange chicken tasted left over from yesterday and sour, food was cold, I asked for ice water because I can't drink or tea and got a luke warm glass of water, very disappointing , the mall needs some other places

The only way for me to say it a fast food Chinese restaurant inside the food court in the Midland Mall in Midland Michigan. Many food items to choose from and reasonably priced. Some Asian restaurants charge extra fees by weight for take out boxes Mulan Express does not charge extra for take out.
