We were here on Easter Sunday and the service was exceptional the food was noodles food but I asked for mine to be slightly customized and they did without a problem. They even came to the table a few times to check on us.

The food was amazing! The best thing is that they use different equipment to cook shrimp. Then they do the other stuff.So I don't have to worry about cross contamination.

Everything was delightful, and the ambiance was lovely. However, I must admit that the pricing was quite steep. We ordered the chicken alfredo and buffalo mac, along with a side of garlic bread, and the total came to approximately $45, including gratuity. While I understand that they bring your food to your table when it's ready, it is worth noting that establishments like McDonald's offer the same service without expecting tips. Therefore, I found it slightly unusual that a tip was expected in this instance.

Haven't been to a Noodles & Co in years and likely won't return for awhile. We waited 30 minutes with no communication on our order. After inquiring we were told it was another 20 minute wait due to call in orders. They stopped processing all in house orders for this one call in. Now just waiting for the refund to hit my card.
Food was fine. Nothing special, definitely could have made the same thing myself. I ordered for pick up, it took 20 minutes longer than it said to get my food and then I didn't even get the noodles I asked for.

Great food for lots of different people. Came here with my mom (a vegetarian) and there were plenty of options for her. I personally enjoy spicy dishes, so I liked that they offer those.

Food is good and the menu is all the type of stuff I really like with a lot of variety. Employees are friendly and the store is clean. But like $14 to $20 per person for fast casual pasta is a bit too steep for my blood. Hate to say it but for that price you can go to Applebees or Olive Garden and probably even get more for your money. Would definitely keep in mind for catering though.

I found this to be overpriced for what I got, as the food is simply microwaved before serving. Also, my meal was not even that hot.
