Thank You Olvera’s BBQ for the outstanding job you did for my Son and Daughter in-laws wedding this past Saturday! The food was on time, the presentation was wonderful, and it tasted amazing! Jeff and Donna were professional, and friendly. They had no trouble serving 150+ people, and cleaned and packaged everything up for us when the meal was finished. In a time where budgets can be tight I feel you were well worth our money! Facebook people from the Saginaw area, do not overlook this business!

The brisket burrito was a letdown – more like a brisket taco. For $10.50, I expected more than a tiny taco overloaded with peppers and onions and barely any brisket. The BBQ sauce was a mere afterthought. The Mac n cheese was also subpar. Disappointing portion sizes and lackluster quality overall.

I've had them 3 times so far. They were friendly each time, and the food is always amazing. They catered my wedding and did a fantastic job as well.

Great food. We got the Macho Nacho at the memorial cup and it was awesome, so much flavor! Definitely recommend it. They got a picture of my husband with it❤️ Hope we get to see it!

Wait med almost an hour in line at an event to get food just for it to be very dry and have thick pieces of char on my pork from it being reheated on the grill.

Ordered a 1/4lbs brisket to eat at the court. (3/11/24) the brisket is cold and tastes few days old. doesn’t taste like smoked brisket at all. Upset my stomach and never going again.

Nachos were unimpressive. 7-11 style nachos with bbq sauce for $9. Add brisket for an extra $1. I wasn’t asked if I wanted jalapeños. No flavor. No imagination. Would’ve liked to have had some ranch beans and other toppings for a $10 plate of nachos. Never

Mediocre BBQ, sauce tastes like ketchup, ribs didn't have any bark, Mac n cheese tastes like watery noodles with nacho cheese sprinkled on, and what is with the slice of bread why no roll. The only good thing was the staff and French fries.

This food was so gross I threw it in the trash. Mac n cheese was like pasturized glue, the chicken tasted like burnt bread and the sauce they used for “chicken fajitas” was watery… Told all my friends to steer clear.

I love Olivera's barbeque sauce, and their brisket and their ribs! Which is why I was very disappointed today when I ordered their chicken fajita that was served with cold vegetables and cold chicken. (The sauce and flavor of the chicken was still AMAZING)It's not always like this, but man did it let me down :(

Threw it all in the trash. Inedible. The driest piece of chicken I've ever had. Didn't even appear to be grilled. Just a piece of reheated chicken with sauce on it. Cole slaw was brownish and tasted off.
