I will never return to the Panda Express in Midland. The way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a plate with double rice, one teriyaki entrée, and another rice as the second entrée. My receipt clearly reflected that. When I got the food something smelled off and inside I found teriyaki, only one scoop of rice, plus broccoli and some greens I never ordered.

I went back immediately and at the window spoke with the manager (thats who was there i didn’t ask for her). She claimed she “heard” someone ask if I wanted super greens. I told her I never ordered that and it wasn’t listed on my receipt. She then called out to an employee to confirm and laughed as she offered me a side of rice, even though my order was clearly incorrect. I was missing more than just one portion, and considering I paid over $10, I expected the order to be made correctly—or at the very least, to be treated with respect.

When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they could remake it or offer a free plate next time. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from people who were openly laughing at me. Another manager told me I’d need to contact Panda Cares for a refund because they “couldn’t do anything” at the store. But said it’s not guaranteed I’d get a refund because they offered to remake it. I explained again that I was being disrespected and didn’t feel comfortable to continue to do business there. He refused to issue a refund, handed me a phone number, and when I said I wasn’t leaving until this was resolved, he asked if the police should be called.

The situation made me incredibly uncomfortable. I didn’t cause a scene—I even asked for my receipt back, but they wouldn’t reopen the window, treating me like I was causing trouble.

I didn’t get what I paid for, I was laughed at, and I was dismissed when I asked for fair treatment. That’s why I will never go back. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond disappointing. I offered to throw the food away in front of them for a refund. Denied. It’s crazy honestly.

Very disappointed with my order as I feel they shorted me on a 3 item meal giving me this little itty pitty container for my 3rd item and the to go container wasn’t even full, food only was like $17.00 Bucks as I did not get a drink!!

Not only was it ice cold but the portions were barely half of a normal portion. The double orange chicken fit in one side of the container and the portion separately packaged was only half full. Very disappointing.

Went thru the drive thru and the kid in the window barely talked to the point when he handed me the food he almost punched my car and didn't even say anything as well as wasn't even looking at what he was doing then just expected us to drive away. Also I ordered teriyaki chicken but wasn't given any sauce... I'm all the way at home, 30 minutes away and have no sauce and no way to make it back before you close... So disappointed Bay city is a lot better and will atleast tell you to have a good night

If you like Chinese food with the feel of fast food atmosphere than 🐼 oops panda is how it makes you feel when you're there. The staff was not friendly more on the demanding side almost telling you what you want verses having the customer making the choices. The staff kept circling my table to see what I was doing and always watching 👀 your every move. I'm confident in my skin so did no intimidation here but was not necessary for that to be done. Yes store manager was one of the creeps circling my table. So the last laugh 😂 is with me. l can easily spend the 🤑💰 elsewhere with far more decent Asian restaurants nearby.
