A+ for management! Online order for delivery. Doordasher Heather tampered with my order. Panera remade it and manager delivered it personally with an apology and even gave me cookies for the inconvenience. Thank you Panera for making it right.

We placed a large drink order which the drive through young man had to prepare. Drinks were excellent and Matt was very professional although it was a very busy time for the drive through. We could hear him clearly on the speaker and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Midland Panera.

Took my daughter to Panera Bread to celebrate her grades at school. Placed our order at the drive thru. There was a bit of a wait. Got to the window got our food and two coupons our next visit because of the wait. We left and was on our way home and had a call from Panera apologizing they had forgotten something in our order. We went back to get the forgotten item. They apologized again and gave us the item and an extra cookie. Way to do it right Panera. I'm very impressed they admitted the mistake and apologized. I've had other drive thru places act like they don't believe me when I say an item was missing. We will be back not only because my daughter loves the grilled chicken fontina.

Prices are ridiculously high for what you get. I was absolutely shocked when I heard what my total was. Not going back. Lower your prices.

Food was alright, pricy for what you get and sometimes your order is correct other times it’s not. When you’re in a hurry you don’t have time to go back in for them to remake it.
Parking: Has some large pot holes in the parking lot which you need to be careful of.
