ordered the Chicago style pizza with Italian sausage, almost no sausage most slices didn't have any.. ordered took 15 more minutes than stated for pickup.. feel bad for them AC is out but very disappointed with food including cheese garlic pizza... won't be back š..

Sad to say, I got an inedible pizza this evening. Detroit style deep dish. Waited 45 minutes, arrived in time and waited longer so no excuses. Took the pizza home 40 minutes away. It looked bad as soon as we opened the box. The middle was a soupy dough mess. This was my go to pizza place, that I was willing to drive the extra mile to. So Bummed. Called in to let them know and was given an excuse of new ovens. Maybe we'll be back, but will never order a Detroit style feel dish ever again.

First the service provide by the two young men on Saturday 16 August 2025 was above and beyond good. Second, the Green Goddess pizza is awesome.
Third, the atmosphere inside the building was inhumanely HOT!!!!! Being a veteran who has served two wars in the middle East I am very familiar with hot work atmosphere so it is with good authority I say those employees deserve a better working environment, especially here in Midland, MI USA.
As I mentioned the two employees I met were respectful, cheerful, and dedicated proven by their willingly enduring inhumane work conditions.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great recommendations and made sure we would like everything we ordered. Fair prices and gave us extra ranch, always an A in my book. Highly recommend the Hawaiian chicago style!

The pizza was really good. I liked the thinker crust. They also put a lot of toppings. Most places skimp on toppings not Pizza Dude. You get your moneyās worth. Definitely recommend.

Loved the Chicago style pizza. Thin crust not so much. Everyone was nice. However, the place is filthy, tables and floor were sticky. When I tried to check out at the screen up front it was so greasy, didn't want to touch it! Clean the place up please!

Iām not sure who takes the orders, but it would be great if the same person who answers the phone also greeted customers at pickup. The person I spoke to on the phone had an upbeat, positive attitude, which I really appreciated! However, when I picked up my order, the experience was very differentāthe staff member who handed me my food seemed indifferent, not necessarily rude, but the contrast was noticeable. A simple āthanks for coming inā would have made a difference.
As for the pizza, I went back and forth on how to rate this place. On the plus side, itās probably one of the best value deals for pizza around. They donāt skimp on toppings, and you really get a lot for your money. However, consistency seems to be an issue. My mom had a problem the first time she ordered, but we decided to give it a try while visiting her. Unfortunately, my calzone was so undercooked that the bottom was just raw dough (Iāve attached a picture). I know the difference between melted cheese and raw dough, and this was definitely raw. Meanwhile, my momās pizza from a previous order had the opposite problemāit was completely burnt.
On the bright side, Iāve heard great things about the owner, and she made things right with my momās order, which says a lot. Unfortunately, since we were only in town for a birthday party, we didnāt have time to go back and have our order fixed. But ideally, customers shouldnāt have to keep coming back just to get things right in the first place.
Overall, this place offers great valueātons of toppings and generous portionsābut the flavor itself is just okay. It feels like they load up the pizza to compensate for something missing, maybe in the sauce or cheese. That said, if youāre local and donāt mind checking your pizza before leaving (or getting a replacement if needed), this is a great option, especially for parties. But if youāre just passing through and looking for a reliable, hassle-free pizza spot, you might want to consider other options.

Decided to new pizza place (to us) in town and couldnt have been more disappointed. My first red flag was how dirty the inside of the place was. So so dirty. The place was empty but every table was left dirty. The pizza and bread sticks were sub par. Nothing special. Also paid for extra sides of sauce that were not given to me. Definitely will not be back.
