I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so terrible I have to do this in order to save others. The service was awful. The guy on the phone laughed at me, barely spoke up, and was all around rude. I couldn’t hear him well and get nervous when on the phone. But the pizza…woooooah, it was doughy, unseasoned, and lukewarm. We at least got to eat the toppings off, which were mediocre at best. Do not recommend.

Sign outside advertised special of two slices of pizza and a Pepsi for $4.00 mon-fri from 11:00am-1:00pm. First time I bought it I was charged $4 and got no drink. Then the next time they charged me $5.00 and no drink. The third time I spoke with the manager who tried blaming Pepsi for the sign, saying the computer previously had errors and basically tried to put the blame on everyone else. She did sell me the pizza with a drink for $4.00 but was VERY RUDE and the food wasn’t good enough to go back a fourth time. This place is only in business because of the high school across the road and the apartments close by. Better stick to Hungry Howies, Cottage Inn, Dominos or any of the other known franchises. Don’t waste your money here.

They charged me $5.00 for two slices and no drink! When I asked about their advertised special on the sign outside and said that was false advertising and they should remove it they said that was Pepsi who had to take it down and that it was an old sign. I asked why did they charge me the week before only $4.00 for two slices and no drink and I was then told they had computer problems for several days and that it was an error of the computers. This was the manager who told me this and was very rude and defensive instead of just offering to make it right and apologize. I won't be back again. Both times were at noon and they were never busy in there despite being across the street from the high school. That should have been a red flag but I thought I would give them a chance. Save your money and go to Dominos or Hungry Howies for better pizza and service!!!

Called to place an order and the "Dude" was apparently in a bad mood. Cut me short and started to give me a smarmy recap.. that wasnt even close. Cannot even relay how much it appeared he didn't want this order. So... I hung up and drove across town to get an order elsewhere; where I was welcomed warmly and the food was done fast. Nobody needs that kind of day for mediocre food.
My wife and I have lived in Midland for years and we both enjoy good pizza and yet we have never had or ordered anything from Pizza Dude until today. There was nothing about our experience today that was anything short of delicious! It smelled delicious, looked delicious, and tasted delicious!!! We ordered the Everything Dude "our way" exchanging the ham for black olives. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because I was in and out so quick I could only say it smelled good! ?
