No prices on the menu. Me and my wife were the only ones in there we placed our order and watched others that came after us not 1 not 2 but 3 tables that came after us got their food. Our server at first lied and said kitchen lost it. But yet she found the order in her book. Because she read it right off. Lol never again will I go back. To me pizza hut is dead. Go back to the old ways.

Food was ok. Came out nice and hot but the service was terrible. Our waitress was not friendly at all, never came back to check on us. She didn't even bring us our food, a different server did. Our server messed up our order but since she never came to check on us we didn't have a chance to tell her. Bad service makes for a bad experience. Date of service 12-7-24
I took my 4 grandsons 2 days ago for lunch buffet, pizza and salad buffet was fresh, and kept full, server was friendly and attentive. Refills on beverages were offered. We have been to their pizza buffet several times over past 6 mos , and have been very satisfied.

We don’t order takeout pizza from here, so this review applies to the dine-in experience. Years ago we used to come here often for lunch buffet, then stopped coming as often after the service experience got worse and worse. Today was by far the worst yet, so I think we’re done for good. The place is just horribly managed and they never have enough people working. There will usually be one person waiting on all tables and maybe one other person bussing/helping out. Today we ordered three waters, two pops and ended up with two waters and one pop (which ended up as a root beer instead of a Pepsi). Forget about refills - ain’t gonna happen. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for clean plates and pizza. I don’t know if it’s an issue of not being able to get enough workers or not being willing to staff appropriately. In any case, this was the worst experience yet and we’re done giving them more chances.

Order was wrong, we ordered a big new Yorker pizza and it didn't have pepperoni on it and the crust was hard and hollow. The pizza was greasy and had a funny taste. Won't be going back
