We walked in for the Wednesday buffet a little after 6. Most of the food was gone, but was told they would be restocking. Asjed twice when it was going to be restocked. Was told they were working on it. We sat there until 7:10.... no new pasta, no new bread, and only 2 new pizzas. If you're going to have a buffet until 8, then you should have food available.

I stopped there a lot to get a pizza after work. Now they close at 11pm. Not getting pizza from them anymore.

Went in the store at not only the time that was promised but also after their own app said that my order was ready. When I checked in with the person running the counter they informed me that it was just going to be a minute as they were just finishing up. Ten minutes later our food came out and there was no apology for the inconvenience at all. When we got home the Buffalo Wing sauce container was broken in both of the boxes and spilled all over the personal pan pizzas that were in the box. Plus the wings were also cold. Reached out to their customer service to see what happened and it has not been five days without a response. Needless to say we will not be going back to this Pizza Hut.

Androgyny Lunacy

I am sorry to have to write this, but I have to share for the possible health and safety of others that I have gastroenteritis from eating their stuffed crust bacon pizza and breadsticks. I'm on day 3 of nausea, diarrhea and heartburn. Just thinking about pizza makes me feel sick and I never want to eat pizza again. Maybe an employee is sick and passed it on or something, but I think people ought to be warned. 😕☹️🤢

rusty nuts

Called ahead and asked if they have a salad bar and was told yes. Got there and the salad bar was not set up. I was told she was going to be going home in an hour so she closed the salad bar. Won't be going back to this place again.

I seen a few reviews and one of them stood out to me from 2 weeks ago I literally had a similar experience with my man we went out to dinner Tuesday September 16th and I felt terrible because the girl was working alone and she was struggling and needed help and it didn't seem like she was getting much from the manager I don't know what else to say but I won't be going back, just a fair warning some of these waitresses are struggling andare new and I totally understand that but she wasn't being treated Fair as far as the help she needed there should have been more than just her working if she was new I've been in that position and I did not do well because of it

We ordered online to pick up at the drive through, we received someone else's order through the window I had to drive around and go into the store. They offered us nothing for the inconvenience, our order was not ready yet, was ready 10+ minutes after the estimated time. The persons order that we received came in while we were waiting, they just handed her the order like we didn't have it in our car and it left the building. All around service was terrible, food was ok but I believe it made me sick the next day, and our garlic Parm chicken wings had 0 sauce on them just laying in the bottom of the bowl.

Myself, my husband, and our 2 kids went in at lunch time. About 12:15. We were told to seat ourselves despite the sign saying wait to be seated. We found a booth and had to grab a high chair ourselves. The hostess/waitress had no sense of urgency the entire time. She got us drinks quickly but the rest was downhill from there. Took 20 minutes for her to come back and take our order since we didn't want the buffet. Then after 30 minutes waiting for a large pizza and order of breadsticks we finally got our pizza. No breadsticks. The waitress said she didn't know what happened to our breadsticks but they were throwing some in now, and some cinnamon breadsticks to comp for the ridiculous wait. Then after 10 more minutes a woman came out from the kitchen and asked which dessert we wanted. We picked the Brownie because our kids would like that better than the cinnasticks anyway. Waited even more and finally got our Brownie to go. But no check, and we needed a to go box for our pizza. Meanwhile the waitress never refilled our drinks. She was running the entire front of the restaurant herself! Excuse was they were shortstaffed today. My husband had to get up and find someone to get our check, the waitress brought it to the table. He then had to bring it to the front to pay because she never came back to collect it. I dont think we will be back anytime soon. The management needs to get with the program and hire enough staff to properly run the restaurant. There's no excuse for one woman to run the entire front alone.

Lunch buffet good staff friendly. Only one waitress. But tried hard to help as she was busy. Had to ask twice for silverware. One time was management.

I went into the Midland Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet special. I was the first customer in today, but there wasn’t a buffet. I asked if they have the pizza buffet, the person at the register said yes, but it doesn’t start until 11:00. I looked at my watch and it was 11:15. She said there was only one person in the kitchen so it was going to be a while. I decided to order a personal pan pizza instead of waiting for the buffet. I sat down, waited 30 minutes and still no pizza. I asked how much longer, 🤷‍♀️. My lunch hour is over now, No Pizza!

Food is good i love the buffet I dont know if short staff the day i went or not but buffet was a wait for fresh pizza and to get a refill on a drink i had to walk to counter to get it refilled but everything else was good
