Why does every bowl need a plastic lid if customers are eating in? So wasteful! Also don't make the customer ask for additional rice in their burrito bowl because the serving wasn't even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I had to ask for extra rice, and the customer next in line had to also ask for extra rice due to the comically small portion.

I, of course, come here for the Wednesday deal. Although, I have no complaints with the taste of the food, there a couple of things to note before coming. The green and red peppers in the veggies are not cut up well. The bowl consistency is also not always the same. Some times you get a full bowl where the lid is literally holding it down and then others are so sad, you don’t even need a lid. Overall, I do recommend to stop here, but make sure you keep and eye on the amount in the bowl and ask for more if needed.

The service was poor. The place was not busy but we had to wait for workers to get done talking so we could order. Very disappointed that they took away street corn. There are not a lot of options for no onions and that was one. Food had been sitting as you could see thick layers on the beans. Normally our go to spot but NOT this time.

I understand that weekends are busy and stressful during lunch especially. But being short to customers and not letting them talk or say specifically what they would like isn’t good service. One of our items wasn’t even what we ordered and as we were trying to get it fixed we were talked over so we couldn’t get out any words. Will not be back for a while, very very bad taste left after today.

BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE. Here they give lots of meat and lots of what you choose. They do not scrimp. They are the most consistent chain restaurant in portions, service, and efficiency. Service is always fantastic but order online to skip the line.
