Ruby's always does a nice job with their food. Service can be iffy, but for the most part is good. Could use a little reno but still a nice place to eat.
Took my wife here and the food was not good! The ribs was very dry. And I got the bourbon ribs. She got a baked potato that was so dry, it looked dehydrated! The salad bar was half empty. The only thing that was good was the waitress.
This was my first time going to this place, I'm sorry to say I couldn't even eat half my meal, the baked potato looked like a dried up something! The salad bar THAT YOU PAY EXTRA FOR!! Was out of mostly everything, I'm from South Louisiana and I ordered shrimp JUST DON'T!!
Always get the salad bar. Waiter asked how many chicken breasts?
Love eating at ruby tuesdays once in a while. Awesome selection from their salad bar. That's usually what we get their. Its always full, fresh and cleaned. Staff is usually pretty nice, sometimes slow on refills and bill. Sometimes have deals for lunches and have always excepted coupons . Good food for the price.
Really like salad bar and the spicy chicken sandwich was great. Nice for lunch service is always great and coffee is bomb.
Our meal was fresh and flavorful. The wait staff was efficient and polite. A good meal at a reasonable price. Thanks Jacob K.
Hadn't been to RT in quite some time. We were pleasantly surprised at how busy it was, how fast the food came, how good it was, and the great service we received. I was disappointed in the beer selection, but it was Tuesday and the $5 top shelf Margaritas were fantastic. The salad bar was fresh and had great selections. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's chicken & shrimp Cajun pasta was delicious. Will definitely be back.
We were the first ones in on a tuesday. Service was slow. The person at the door who seated us didnt say one word. Food was good. She brought out the kids food first which was nice. I've found it is almost impossible to not have onions put on your food when you ask for no onions. Anywhere.
Warm friendly atmosphere. Food was hot and delicious

Consistently good food and service. Rarely crazy busy, so no to little wait time for a table. The coupons we get in the mail is the extra push to get us to go out and eat.
So went to try the burger w/mac n cheese and the spicey chicken sandwich. I have lived in Midland for over 2 decades and with higher and higher quality food coming in we don't go to Ruby's that often. That said the commercial sold us on trying it so we did. To our utter disappointment when the burgers came out my sons mac n cheese burger had 4, yes 4 pieces of mac n cheese on the burger which we would have spoken up but his cousin had got the same thing and I kid you not it was spilling off the burger so my son got all his spill over. The burgers were to be medium they were a bit over cooked and the sandwichs dry. My spicey chicken was okay but based off the commercial it was to have some crispy bacon on top of the sandwhich with honey mustard. The sandwhich had 1 slimy piece of bacon under the sandwhich and no sign of honey mustard. Overall just dissapointed in the presentation as well as taste. To bad. And apparently they don't care about our opinions on their google reviews as I see they do not respond to ANY of the customers critiques or complaints. Again to bad.
I have enjoyed the great foods and nice salad bar at Ruby Tuesday. Just can't give 5 stars because high cost of to go coffee and a hair in my food at this location but was kicked out by the manager for reporting it.
Service was good, just food was mediocre. Haven’t ate at a Ruby’s in a while and excited to try again. Not impressed.
I really love the fresh Garden Bar. They have the best salad bar.....but I really do miss the chilled pewter plates though.
