Terry at the M84 location in Bay City is just the sweetest. He was bright & so welcoming. He was so talkative which was extremely refreshing. It's cashiers like Terry that will make a store visit worthy. I hope he is valued at Forwards! He really made my day. ☺️
The assistant manager at your location in Sebewaing. I believe her name is Rena. Has no business working with the public. She is rude to customers and acts like leaving the office to ring up customers is a chore and is not a friendly person. She needs better training. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with rudeness while purchasing items at that location.
need employees who are not rude to customers because they don't want to be there, been faithfully going to that business over 50 years and tonight will be my last and along with many of my family will be giving our business down the street adios
