The older gal making the subs seemed to have a bad attitude or she really hates her job. I understand we all have bad days but maybe try being a little more friendly.. You do work in customer service after all.. The gal who checked me out was VERY nice and had a smile on her face, maybe take notes from that.

I have been meaning to review this subway for a while so here goes.. there is a female there that seems to be the closer most often, anytime we come here it is later at night and she is there.. well SHE ROCKS!! Our subs are always AMAZING with her making them and she even follows my special requests with a smile 😊, we pass three subways and drive 30 minutes for this one in particular and order on the app. Whoever u are, I hope you read this and your boss too.. you make the best SUBS! (Turkey and ham extra mayo and turkey or steak and cheese.. yummy!) Appreciate you!! Thank you.

Did is the worse customer services I received at an restaurant!!!!
Had early lunch here recently. Good selection of fresh bread. Toppings were good. Staff folks were friendly and helpful and built subs as I ordered. I will be back.

Manager a real jerk, griping at what seemed like a new guy trying really hard. Manager more worried about a couple online orders using the toaster while the line is backing out the door...... hit the kid opening a door to put bread in on a shelf and didn't apologize..... full beard making food no beard net how sanitized is that???? Manager has no clue what he should be prioritizing....
