The waiter was outstanding. The steak was delicious. I didn't like the twice baked potato and my husband didn't like short rib ragu. The macaroni was also delicious and the desserts were good.
Our server, Eduardo, was amazing and the food and atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Our serving Ethan was outstanding, 20/10 recommend him to someone as a server. He made fantastic recommendations, went above and beyond when we wanted to change locations after dinner to outside drinks & dessert. He made 118 a must birthday destination⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was by far one of my favorite restraunts! The food came out hot and delicious. The service was great and the server did a great job making sure we had everything we wanted or needed.
A wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. A perfect location for a date night or friends get-together. We are a family of 8, including parents & adult children. Everyone found something delicious on the menu and were blown away by the quality of the meal. Service was excellent (Thanks, Ethan!). Would highly recommend the 118 Penney Punch, the poutine, the short rib ragu, the gnocchi, and the pork chop. And those are just the highlights!
The food was amazing! Double bone pork chop, Maryland crab cakes, and pineapple carrot cake is what we had, everything was very delicious!!
Loved OneEighteen, we will be back for sure! The restaurant is connected to the H hotel, but you can access the door from the outside. Menu options are a little small, but the food tasting amazing!
The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. I was really impressed with that and the amazing customer service. My husband and I came in for our anniversary. Before we left, our waitress gave us a hand drawn card with he number of years we've been married and everyone who works there took the time to sign their name. Awesome!
I brought my niece here Thursday, August 28th to celebrate her. Rhodes called to let me know I would be able to sit in the location requested. Our Server Alyssa was wonderful, and her and Maya were attentive to the dietary restrictions of lactose for my niece. They also split our meal as requested, and the presentation was beautiful for both the fruit salad and salmon dinner. It was truly a fabulous experience and greatly appreciate the Team, food and atmosphere. We will never forget it! Thanks a bunch :) Toni Young
My 60th birthday celebration at ONe eighteen was a mix of highs and lows. While the food was exceptional and the culinary team deserves praise, the service and overall ambiance fell short of what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant. For a special occasion, the experience was disappointing, as the staff lacked the attentiveness and polish needed to match the quality of the cuisine. A perfect example of this was when a server, while bringing water, crashed into my 82-year-old father's glass of wine, shattering it and spilling wine all over him and the table. Instead of moving us to a new table, they just cleaned up hastily, leaving sticky spots on the table, and simply brought him another glass of wine. For 15 minutes all of our beverages were empty. We needed to hail our server to get another round. My birthday was also never acknowledged by our server. I hope they can improve their front-of-house operations to truly live up to their reputation as a premier dining destination.

Ariann was a superb server! The food was excellent. The cod was cooked to perfection! You can't beat the brussel sprouts!
Overall the experience was very good, but not outstanding and that is the reason for four stars instead of five. The best aspects were the outside seating and food. We enjoyed the oysters and both ordered the filet. The filets were cooked perfectly. Although it wasn't that crowded, service was a little slower than I would have expected. Also, I thought the prices were a bit higher than they should be for the fare. Again, all in all a very good experience.
I always enjoy coming to ONe eighteen. The setting outside is always very relaxing yet energetic and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend their Berry Martini as well!
Overall a very nice place with a great vibe and excellent service. We had two birthdays at our table of six and they were recognized and celebrated with a free dessert. The menu is very expansive with something for everyone. Overall, the food was very good with the exception of my crab cake entree which was burned to charcoal on the bottom; top was overcooked as well but not like what I discovered after lifting it up to see what the offensive taste/texture was. Clam chowder was excellent and our server was exceptional. We'll be back, for sure, but will be sure to request the chef lower the heat a bit if we reorder the crab cakes.
We had reservations at 7:30pm. When we arrived they said they were running behind which was fine. We waited off to the side however in front of the front check in desk. After 8:15pm we decided we”d ask for a booth vs a table At this time they told my husband they already called our name and essentially cancelled our reservation. There was absolutely no way they called our name and we missed it. We were within 3 feet of them. They saw us standing there for 45 minutes and knew we had reservations. Shortly after this they did seat us however service was slow. Our server was kind but nothing was quick. It took too long to get our drinks, our food after ordering, etc. My husband's steak was tough. We expected more for this style of establishment and will not be going back anytime soon.
