While we have dined at Cafe Zinc often when we are in Midland, this was our first time at ONe eighteen. Our server was both friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and meals. We will be back!

Food & views of Cincinnati are excellent. Servers seemed to be understaffed - managing a bunch of tables while also acting as bartender. Surprisingly, there is no dedicated bar here.

We waited forever for a server and had to finally approach the hostess to get a server to come to our table. We ordered our own cocktails from the bar because of how long it took for anyone to come to our table. The bartender had zero personality. This was our first time there-not a great first impression. The food was very good once it arrived. We saw a friend there who said the service we had was not typical so maybe we'll give it another try some other time.

First time for brunch. It was delicious. The service was great. My only regret is that we didn't have the pastries and fruit (placed on the table when we arrived) that we didn't eat all of, packaged up to take home!

From start to finish; everything was AMAZING. The staff who took our reservation went WAY above and beyond to take care of us, the service during dinner was perfect, and the food was five star.
As always, super high quality food. The oysters were obviously very fresh. The in-house fried dill pickles? Damned good. Zero complaints about the menu choices or the food preparation/quality. The cocktails were exceptionally well done, which we've come to expect. Given the food and drinks are great, and the environment itself is awesome, the only thing that stood out..and it always does...is the quality of the staff. Ethan is awesome!! Great sense of humor, always has an answer for any question, just all around fantastic customer service. Love this place...but mostly because of the people. ;)

Our second time dining in this restaurant. The service was excellent, and food was certainly very good. Really nothing to complain about. We visit H-Hotel and its bars and restaurants for weekend getaways when time does not allow for a full vacation trip. It is a great refresher for busy two-career couples who have the usual family obligations and other commitments.
