Every time I go here my order is messed up somehow. Like paying $10 for a grilled cheese steak burrito that has no steak in it. Or a friend asking for a bean burrito cause he doesn't eat beef and he gets a beef burrito while I get a bean crunchwrap?
This all happens at night. Which is a shame because this is the only place late enough to serve us night shifters at Dow. And the staff is rude and the AI drive-thru doesn't know what it's doing. I won't be going back.

Taco Bell in itself has gone so far downhill I don’t know how we as humans are still buying their product. My only thought is we all end up ordering it while we’re very intoxicated and then forget all the things wrong. Every time I order here at least one thing is not correct. Their food is SO skimpy these days it’s not worth the price. I had a cheesy Gordita crunch and the two shells were held together by a mere 3 pieces of shredded cheese. Anything with a tortilla is literally 90% tortilla and nothing else. If you order on the app and it isn’t right when you get it they refuse to help you at all and tell you too bad you ordered on the app and we don’t control that and there’s no way to get your money back unless you call and fight with the company over the phone. We will finally be boycotting Taco Bell in general.

Leaving a negative review for a restaurant visited frequently enough that the employees likely recognize me/my order is really disappointing. I admittedly find myself at this location more than one should as it works great with my schedule and historically, pricing was competitive and food was good. In the last 6 months, I’ve noticed TWO price increases that directly impact my order, raising the (pre tax) price of my order from $5.99 just last summer, all the way up to $6.79 today. At $5.99, this price was more inexpensive than comparable meals from nearby Wendy’s, McD’s, Popeyes, Rally’s, Subway, and more. With the increase in price, Taco Bell is no longer a “good deal” and frankly, the quality of the food simply does not warrant the price increase. My last order on 01/26/2025 missed every single one of the “special requests” (no ice in drink, burrito was not grilled, gordita did not have light lettuce). These special requests are so minute and easy to complete that with a nearly $1 increase over the last 6 months, it’s inexcusable to miss. Anecdotally, these requests are missed on nearly 50% of my orders at this location. Additionally, on this same order, the gordita was wrapped so poorly that when pulled out of the bag, several toppings including meat and cheese fell from the still wrapped taco straight onto the floor. I haven’t fussed about this in the past because at the end of the day, it’s not a big deal for $5.99. But the price keeps raising and now, at $6.79, seeing no improvement is unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating, and I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to N. Saginaw to save literal pennies out of spite at this point. I recommend you do the same as my last several orders at that location have not only been less expensive, but have also actually been correct.

Don't come here if you want to pay extra for modifications to your order only to have it ignored. Or if you're vegetarian/vegan. I've repeatedly been given meat and not been given the extra items I paid for.

Tired of these crunch wraps with no meat on them. Look at the picture on your menu and then look at the crap that you hand me calling it a crunch wrap. It’s false advertising and you should be sued for it.

From the AI ordering to the slop they call food, the whole experience was negative. Finding out an advertised combo wasn’t available was disappointing, but I get it. We get the bag of food, our Nacho fries were thrown in upside down so they spilled all over in the bag. Got home, pulled our tacos out and the meat is smeared all over the wrapper and the outside of the tortilla. The chicken was so dry it was impossible to chew. Hire someone who will take pride in their work.

3rd time in a row I do not have the sauces that come with the cantina tacos and also not the extra taco sauce I have asked for. I will not visit this location again.

Employees are good but the AI drive-thru needs to go. Thanks for making dinner easy! Also don't joke around with the AI or it'll screw your order up and everybody will get upset.
