Late night employees on 2/23 were very rude and unprofessional towards me, I heard them have the audacity to laugh thru the window about how they weren’t going to resolve my issue…the customer didn’t receive their food after I waited for it for over 45 mins, and I only waited that long because the customer offered to pay me to stay…I had the company call to tell them it hadn’t been delivered and they proceeded to make me wait longer just to very disrespectfully say they wouldn’t be making it…what nonsense, if I wanted tacos for myself I would have paid for them…honestly I’m considering calling corporate. Disgusting behavior.

Drive through now starts with an automated voice check-in. If I wanted to talk to a robot I'd call my insurance. I'd rather go without food than be greeted by an automated system.

Went through the drive-through after work, I ordered a softshell taco supreme, and a hardshell taco supreme. When I got home I realize that they gave me completely different items. I called the Store in which of lady answered rudely with “hello.” I wasn’t sure I called the right place. After expressing my concerns she did not seem to care and with no apology just told me I could come back in and grab it. Horrible customer service.

Last time was great, burritos actually had the rigjt amount of beef etc etc. This time they're doing less than half. Come on be consistent and remind the employees they can make more, dont gotta stretch it to the end of ur shift to avoid work. Turnover rate at this place be damned.
Stopped here on our way down state and had to leave a review. Everyone was hard at work and made everything perfectly! We also watched an elderly man come in and the worker immediately helped the gentleman order as he didn’t know how to order himself via the self checkout. Super kind.
