Totally messed my order up yesterday 3 times.!!! I came back around 2 times and still didn't get the two remade tacos I asked for and I think some workers/kids need to go home if they don't want to take a simple order correctly. Let's not say I got sick for about 4 hours after I ate there too.!! Come on people we work hard to pay your checks as well.!!

It was Christmas Eve, and I ordered a $5 box, which includes a chalupa, and I got some nacho fries to go with it.The chalupa was cold and rock hard, as well as the fries being cold as soon as I got home and rushed to begin eating... I live less than 2 miles away.

I ordered on the app and we went through drive thru. I forgot to order a few drinks so I went inside. I am blind so ordering on the screen inside is impossible. Luckily a fantastic young lady named Nova stepped up and asked if I needed help and did the whole process for me. Thank you so much to Nova and to tacobell for hiring great people.

I was kinda hoping at 10 30 at night, my food would be hot. I really don't want to get tetanus from the cold canned nacho cheese on my burrito. Still scraping the cold tortilla off my teeth. Hopefully that manager resolved their phone call?
Last night, I had a late night taco bell run with a full carload. The night shift was in a difficult situation and explained to me reasonably why they couldn't meet some of my needs due to unforeseeable circumstances. Some intoxicated passengers were verbally abusive over the ordering microphone and in the drive thru despite my efforts to stop them. I'd like to apologize for them and commend your staff. All of the food we received was as ordered and your employees kept their cool. Once again, I'm sorry, and the way you handled it was very commendable.

The cashier through the drive-thru was one of the rudest people I've ever had waited on me. And I have had some rude people wait on me. I understand it's the holidays and it is busy. At least pretend you like being there.
