HATE THE KIOSK. Walked to the register to order and was told I had to use the kiosk. Took me many more minutes to get my order through than if I had used the drive thru. Next time I want to dine in, I’ll use the drive through then come inside and eat. Or maybe just go to chipotle…they don’t force a kiosk on you. You get to talk to a human. The drive thru order is AI too. Not a human there either.

alright. the lady at the drive thru was lowkey so mean in made my food taste bad. she was rolling her eyes and giving us so much attitude my night was ruined. she shoved the food in our hands. and not to mention she was so mad she forgot to make us pay. INSANE WORK LADY

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. The employees are standing around talking while the lobby looks like bomb went off. There was an actual whole soft taco on the floor by the drink station that god only knows how long had been sitting there.

First time I experienced AI taking my order. Was really weird and cold feeling the screen was burnt out so it kept flashing and I couldn’t read it to choose what I wanted to order which was very annoying. I ordered a chicken Cantina bowl fresco style through the AI ordering system, the human that made it messed up and definitely put cheese sour cream and Cantina chicken chicken on the bowl. I usually don’t eat fast food but we were in a crunch and on the road. We waited in line a long time too,big waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

I got to the drive through for a mobile order and the employee said they were all out of food and I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for my food. I was the only one there, absolutely unacceptable and they should get new management if they can’t be organized enough to be able to put together a taco and burrito then clearly something is seriously wrong.
