This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. The employees are standing around talking while the lobby looks like bomb went off. There was an actual whole soft taco on the floor by the drink station that god only knows how long had been sitting there.

First time I experienced AI taking my order. Was really weird and cold feeling the screen was burnt out so it kept flashing and I couldn’t read it to choose what I wanted to order which was very annoying. I ordered a chicken Cantina bowl fresco style through the AI ordering system, the human that made it messed up and definitely put cheese sour cream and Cantina chicken chicken on the bowl. I usually don’t eat fast food but we were in a crunch and on the road. We waited in line a long time too,big waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

I got to the drive through for a mobile order and the employee said they were all out of food and I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for my food. I was the only one there, absolutely unacceptable and they should get new management if they can’t be organized enough to be able to put together a taco and burrito then clearly something is seriously wrong.

Finally a taco bell place that puts MORE than a mini teaspoon of meat, 3 pieces of shredded cheese and a sprinkling of lettuce. Tacos and burrito was fully loaded and had excellent flavor. Give this taco bell a try, they are worth it.
I brought my handicap niece here and I asked them to take my oder, the women refused and said we had to use the machine. But they would help. No help after 15 minutes I got our order in. Mine came out like this
