This is the worse of the 2 in town. Seems to be plagued by bad management. If they don't care it trickles down to the employees. Once got a rotten center shell on a crunch wrap supreme. Drove through the drive thru and got a replacement and it was the same problem. So I went in and the manager didn't listen to me about the issue and began making me another with more of the same rotten hard shells. Finally I got him to sniff it and he saw it was the problem like I was saying and begrudgingly got new shells out.

Nachos are supposed to have cheese. That’s what makes them not just a collection of chips. But three times in a row I’ve received nachos with enough cheese for one or two chips. Not to mention the lack of meat.

I wanna start by saying I have never left a review a bad review at that.I had spent $25 I was 110% unhappy with my experience I had ordered three tacos, all of which were cold. There was two items on my order that were made wrong when my wife had two bites of her food, she told me it was made wrong so I told her I would take everything back in and I would get a refund. they gave me a refund for my food, and when I came back out, my wife had told me that she was about to puke. The seating area was on clean and not kept up with the station in which they make all the food did not appear to be clean since this morning.About the only good thing I can say is that the people were friendly.I would love to talk to the store owner.I understand it is fast food but this was absolutely unacceptable.
Had to wipe down the cup that they gave me with napkins, then had to request a new cup with soda in it because it was just too much.Vegetarian options: I'm glad for the vegetarian options here at Taco Bell.
