We had the Creek cater a party. Got the brisket and the chicken wings. Chicken wings were so overdone and dried out, we had to pull pocket knives out to cut through the skin to get to the meat. It was impossible to bite through the skin. We had 2 full trays and after the meal, 75% was leftover because it was so bad. Nobody wanted it. Brisket was also no good. The potato side dish was about the only thing worth eating. So incredibly disappointing. Glad I didn’t have to pay for the food. Lots of unhappy guests.
Fun Dinning staff amazing
This place was awesome! Great food, great service. The family came for my wife's birthday dinner and we ordered many different items and all of them were delicious! God bless this place and we will be back!

I’ve dined here at the Creek for years. Always excellent food and service. Sadly this was not the case this weekend with our party of 4. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, and they were not busy at all. We waited another 20 minutes for our 1st appetizer but 20 more for the 2nd one which was nachos. Possibly the worst nachos we’ve ever had. The scant few pieces of ground beef were over done, and the cheese was rock hard on it… dismal. ( I was up charged for the guacamole but never told I would be). Our dinners came out 10 min after the nachos… the marbled rye bread on the Ruben sandwich smelled like mold. We all smelled it and it was inedible…my friend never got her condiments for her bison burger but we flagged down the waitress as she was walking by and she got it. Our waitress didn’t come back to chk on us while we ate, so by the end of the meal we had to flag a gal ( not a waitress) walking around and asked her for take out containers for the 2 that had decent food, and our bills. Waited 15? MORE minutes and finally went to the bar and asked if we could pay up there. Told no. So then a lady came with all our bills, (not our waitress) &we paid, and left. I was very bummed as The Creek has always been a great dining experience… I think the extremely poor service amplified our experience topped with inedible moldy bread. Also my friend was up charged for asking for extra sauce on the side for her pasta, again not told there would be a charge, and we were charged extra for guacamole but not told there would be one …. Our waitress was very nice when we saw her but never to be found again until it was too late… 15-20 mi. between every request….? Other tables came and went and we were still there waiting for our bills….
We have eaten here many times over the years and the food used to be amazing. We have noticed the steady decline lately and had not been back in a while. We decided tonight to give it a try again and my husband and I were both very disappointed with our soggy, bland, overpriced chicken pasta and burger and fries. We won’t make the mistake of going back. Very sad was such a great establishment years back.
A new favorite place! Food so good, matched by good, friendly service. The Mac and cheese....oh my goodness, try it and thank me later. I had it with smoked turkey! Also great brisket on the platter or in the brisket nachos. Don't sleep in this place, I did for WAY to long.

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced meal that tastes excellent, serves adult beverages, and has a kids menu; you’re going to want to stop here. We are extremely happy that we found this establishment.

Beautiful weather for a delicious meal on the shaded deck. Our meal and our service were both fantastic.
But those wings… probably the best I’ve had in SE Michigan. Nashville hot and YUMMY!
Home made dressing, wonderful fresh fresh greens in my salad. Healthy portions and didn’t break the bank.
Worth the drive from Lapeer.

Atmosphere was good. Some things i would like to point out to the owner though. I didnt like that my brisket came covered in bbq sauce. A little on the side is all thats needed. There was a ton wasted. Which is profits down the drain for you! Two of the pieces were cut with the grain. This is a big no-no in the brisket smoking world. Makes it difficult to chew and break apart. Fried corn. Taste is decent, but I would maybe make it known that its fried *corn on the cob*. This is being picky I'm sure. But where I come from that usually means corn bites, fritters, or similar. Not an entire ear of corn fried and seasoned. Lastly was the blu cheese slaw. It was a little overpowered. For somebody like me, who likes blu cheese, that says a lot. The potato balls were good, albiet a little over-fried. Again, a lot of this is being picky but i like to be honest. Now for the good. The brisket that was cut right and most of the sauce scrapped off. Was great. My wifes Chipotle burger, was great, the chicken tenders, great, steak fries, great, house chips, perfect.
