Timbits just went up from just over $2 for 10 to $3.49. That’s a 75% increase. Things have gone up but they didn’t go up 75%. That’s ridiculous. I used to love stopping to get my little girls a special treat for a semi reasonable price. I won’t be doing that anymore. There’s better options elsewhere for the same price.

They say they open at 5am but won't answer the speaker, when u drive out to leave you can see workers at the computer or laughing and talking

The bathrooms make this the best Tim Hortons in my immediate area. They have the toilet paper at a reasonable hieght!! Yeah its a silly reason to give them 100/10. But I am tired of not being able to properly get my bathroom on.

They work quickly most of the time, but every time i come to this location and get a bagel theres hardly any cream cheese on it. If i paid for cream cheese i expect for it to at least cover the bagel :/

I did have some issues here in the past that is why I give it 3 stars and won't order here as much as I want anymore.. I've been ordering here online for delivery and I haven't really had any issues but a missing donut here and there I believe once recently but other than that they aren't that bad Donut's and coffee are great 👍 make sure you check your receipts for everyone that gets their food delivered to their homes and check your bags if you pick up before you leave ..

I’ve been coming here religiously for about 10-12 months now.
I wish I could express how many times I’ve had to drive back through the drive through, go inside, or just flat out leave after getting my coffee. Then there’s some days I’m forced to not care about my money being literally wasted because no matter how long the line is, it’s impossible to get through in a reasonable amount of time.
I get the SAME coffee every time, and it’s a serious surprise when it tastes the way it’s supposed to. You’ll never get consistency from this location which is hands down the most frustrating thing as an avid coffee drinker.

Mind you, I’m a manager at a fast food location as well, so I understand hiccups and mistakes happen, especially when a place is busy. It’s why I kept going. It’s why I gave it grace for so long.
I feel very apologetic for the employees because it’s 100% poor management and poor training for this location. It’s bad when the customer is telling the employees what does, and what does not go in certain coffees.
I don’t even know why people keep entertaining this business.
You’ll save more money going to bigby and buying their expensive coffees, because at least they’re consistent and your getting what you actually asked and paid for.

Sorry, but todays mess up was officially my last straw.

Truth Be Told

Love Tim's Love this location but please please encourage your "leaders" to not talk disrespectful to employees. Especially not in front of customers but even at all is distasteful and terrible management skills

I ordered pickup instead of getting in line....

Big mistake because they won't make your pickup order unless you walk over to the pickup area and tell them to (there is no signage other than a sign that says "pickup orders" it doesn't say "let us know when you get here")

There was a guy in front of me. The woman at the counter asked him if he was a door dash order and they made his order right away.

After I got up there and waited another 20 min. Frustrated because the line is now almost gone and would have gotten my food if I had gotten in line. The front counter person asked if I was pickup. I pointed at the sign and nodded my head. They said we don't know if you're pickup just by standing there. To which I responded I didn't know I was supposed to tell you I had a pickup order. There's no sign for that. No apology.

Horrible service. All the workers seem unhappy.

Thank you for wasting my time.

Here at 4:30 and there is no one here - all lights are on and nobody is home - with no signage indicating why. The sad thing is this place is so consistently inconsistent that I had to ask everybody what they would want as a back up in case of this exact situation. Gave it two stars because at least it’s not Wendy’s.

My husband placed an online pickup order. Went to pick it up and was told they did not have the food he ordered. They did still charge us for the order and there wasn't anywhere he could cancel it. After calling the store repeatedly, no Manager will call him back to refund it. This is ridiculous and is consumer fraud!

We came in here and they were nice, but it was noon and we ended up leaving without buying any donuts because they hadn't baked any more from the morning and they were out of most everything. My kids were pretty disappointed. But we took them to a nice bakery across the street so it worked out.

Missy Spiker

Apparently, no one showed up to bake, and nobody there had authorization to do anything about it. They only served drinks. They should probably crosstrain employees, maybe.

Love their coffee as long as they make it right if they Stir It. I don't know how many times I had sugar down at the bottom of my coffee and it was never stirred. It kind of sucks because you're on your way to go somewhere and you're hoping your coffee is done right and you have no way of stirring it while you're driving. Should we bring a spoon when we come to Tim Hortons? Or give us spoons when we come to get our coffee if it's that complicated?? Is that so hard to ask?
