I frequent this location often due to convenience. Somehow, every time I place an order, they always forget the sauce with the quesadillas, and I have to go back to get it. Shame on me for not checking each time, but at this point, it’s kind of ridiculous that it happens every time. There is also no silverware or napkins ever included with an item that you have to eat with a fork on the side. You guys should really be more consistent and pay attention to small details

This Tropical Smoothie always gets orders wrong. My fiance asked No Tomato, it said No Tomato on the package and they still put tomatoes on there. And they forgot the tomato salsa with our quesadillas. Didn’t get any sides with our food either. We are the ONLY ones in the drive thru and there might have been 1 person inside so not like they are busy. Food tastes fine but the lack of effort to get orders right. Stick to the S Saginaw one for sure!

This place is my daily go-to! The smoothies are absolutely incredible, and the staff is even better. Every single time I walk in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile and top-notch service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure my drink is perfect, and I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. Whether it's a classic smoothie or a customized creation, they never disappoint. This place is a hidden gem, and I can't recommend it enough!"

I frequent the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Eastman, probably a little too often. The manager recognized me outside of the restaurant and said hi. Pretty amazing in my opinion! I love the atmosphere, which is always clean and kept up, and enjoy meeting people there instead of a coffee joint. Never had an issue with my order. The only time I had to wait for a while was when they were overrun from a group who arrived during an event. The drinks and food are made fresh and always hits the spot. :) If you order via the app, it's almost always ready before getting there to pick it up.
Parking: Plenty of parking, usually right in front.
