Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe these people. Placed a mobile order to end up waiting another half hour to get it after waiting 15 minutes after placing it to show up. 1 clueless person on the register and 4 others sitting in the back just sitting there talking and bad mouthing customers. Never again
Two hairs I found in my bag/food, dude at the front wiped his nose with his sleeves then proceeded to open the bags with the same sleeve. Took 10 mins just to order with two other people in front of me. Place was just a mess or at least the workers wouldn’t be surprised if I dropped dead from eating here.

The place says open at 6 AM and they were clearly not open. There was a guy in the kitchen, but he just ignored me the whole time As I sat at the microphone in the drive-through Then I went up to the window in the drive-through he just simply ignored me

My husband got us food from here, but we didn't get all of our food. The hamburger I had was very sad. I used to love this place but I'm thinking of going elsewhere.

Wendys messed up my order and refuse to remake my order
I've been here multiple times in the past. It used to be a lot better. The last three times I've been here I have gotten the worst customer service and this is the last time I'll ever come to this location. The guy that was working the drive-thru window all he did was complained about his job and how much he wanted to just leave and forgot my drinks. I had to remind him and then he mumbled about me asking for the items I paid for. He was doing all this right in front of a manager. I was going to call but what's the point when you're doing it right in front of your boss and the manager didn't seem to care.

Food was good but we had to wait forever and I had my disabled client with me dirty tables and workers swearing in the back where I could hear them in the dining room.

A little slow but not bad
Slow as molasses every time. There will be no one in the Drive-Thru and you pull up and they will tell you to hang on, for like 2-3 mins. They definitely can't multitask. N take good back in thru window
