Always happy, always GOOD...And...they have the fish back right now! Gotta try the girl scout mint frosty...my kids love it
Vegetarian options: My mother and wife loves the apple pecan salad

They’re always running out of half the stuff on the menu. Even simple stuff like Coca Cola they somehow manage to run out of. Whoever is running this location should be fired!
Don’t normally do this because I used to work in food service, but this was my medium fry and the staff was very rude. Fries were hot though so that was nice

Baconator is my go to burger. Could eat one a day if my heart wouldn't stop from eating too many. Good place.

I'm not one to usually complain about fast food since the bar isn't that high to begin with. However, waiting 10 minutes this morning only to get food that was far from what it should have been was disappointing. Potato wedges definitely weren't fresh for that kind of wait, no napkins, no straw and the burrito showed no evidence of something that was just made. The amount of whatever that nasty sauce is had to be carefully removed since there was more sauce than anything else. Also no hot sauce for the burrito. If it had been busy, I'd be way more understanding. But there was me and one other person in drivethru and no one in the diningroom. Please do better.
Update: went for breakfast again today. Specifically asked for light sauce and when I opened it up there was sauce everywhere, all over the wrapper, the sandwich was covered in it and tons on the sandwich. Comeon guys...I only get this stuff once a month at most and it's the only place that has potato wedges. I checked my receipt, it said light sauce...this isn't light, it's extra and that stuff is not that much of an improvement on the breakfast baconator or the burrito.
Finally just took the bun off, wiped the sauce off and just ate the protein. Shouldn't have to disassemble it to eat it.

Would give zero stars if i could. I came here to purchase a gift card for a Christmas gift, no one knew how to ring up a gift card. It took three staff including a manger who didnt know how to do it and then after i left i realize i was charged 3 times for the gift card. I called as soon as i noticed because i was already back at work and couldn't return immediately. I was told to come back after work and they would refund me. Ive been standing at the counter waiting for someone to come help me for 15 minutes. Then i was told i would have to dispute it with my bank, after they had me stick my card in 3 different times and charged me each time. Would not recommend coming here for any reason, no one is running the place at all.
I would give this location a 0- Star if I could. I Did an online order, when I got to the food chain to pick my mobile order up they told me that all the fried food was down. I obviously wanted a refund, but the Girl manager I think her name was Leslie. She said I don't know how to do refunds. Umm. I really think as a manager you should know that kind of stuff. If this post gets to the right person... I really think she should be a regular employee and not a manager. Everytime I always have some kind of issues with this wendys.
This is the worst Wendies experience I've had since 2007 when I found hair in a salad in a Wendies near Springfield, IL. The location was severely understaffed. Lunch wait after food was ordered exceeded 25minutes. Freestyle Coke machine was not working which added to the burden of the staff. Looks like rencent remodel that looks terrible. Will not be going here for lunch in the near future. Should put a sign up or something that understaffed and will be a very slow food experience.

The manager is rude to customers without valid reasoning and when taking your order employees finds it pleasant to say “ok come on and take your order” like what?? Yall need to learn some common decency. Ordered a sandwich w light sauce and instead got a petty dumping of sauce

Began ordering my meal and after I placed the first half of my order, I paused. The lady asked if I was done, and before I could answer, she told me to pull order. I told her I wasn’t done and placed the second half. The staff member snapped at me while I finished placing the order. I pulled around and was missing several items in my order. I had order a frosty key tag and didn’t realize I hadn’t received it until I got home. They also didn’t give me a receipt for my order. When I returned to Wendy’s I was given my frosty but however, since I didn’t have my receipt, I didn’t get the key tag. I was completely frustrated with the service here.

This restaurant has false advertisement. Their sign says any size drink for a dollar so I pulled in there and their drive-thru says the deal was over in September but they don't have the words to change the sign. So just take the dumb ad off there already. I pulled in there for nothing I asked them if they would still honor it and they said no. I won't go there again

Gross. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered our meals and went to get our drinks out of beverage machine in dining area. They handed us empty cups knowing it was broken. I went back to counter to have filled. They were out of every beverage almost. Never informed us. Did not have Anerican cheese for burger. Forget to give us one of our chicken nuggets, had to go back to counter, sat back down, realized one of the kids meals was missing a toy, again had to get up. Fries were old. At the same time, my daughter found a hair in her fries at the same time my 2 year old picked old gum off side of table. So dirty and unclean. People with long hair working without their hair pulled back. One of the most unclean places. Poorly managed.

Donna at Wendy's is a gem and they made my day. ? Good food most of the time. There are some grumpy folks, but I'd be grumpy too working in the service industry. Keep up the smiles.
